My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

I had my car inspected today 10/24/25 and had an “Awesome” experience with Chris Wisler who was my service advisor. I pulled up to Scott Honda and was initially greeted by “Joe Fontone” as it always nice to see him, chat and enjoy his ‘“Amazing” personality. I then pulled into the service area to be greeted by Chris Wisler who asked me if I had any questions or concerns regarding my vehicle before it was taken back for the PA state inspection. I reviewed three things that he was aware of from my service request submitted online and then he checked back in with me shortly after to let me know my vehicle looked “Great” and to make me aware of my break pads that would need to be replaced by my next oil change. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and had me in and out of the dealership so that I could get onto the rest of my appointments I had for the day. Thank You Chris for the V.I.P. Treatment today and making my experience an “EPIC” one.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

I came to Piazza Honda soon after buying my car used from another dealership. The other dealer, who shall remain anonymous, sold me an Insight that was burning oil to depletion every 200 miles. I did not know this until after the 30-day warranty had passed by two days! I came to Piazza because it's a local Honda dealer for me, and their service team helped me without reservations. Their managers and staff were wonderful toward ensuring that my car would be taken care of, despite the fact that I had purchased my car outside their dealership. Piazza rebuilt my engine and the car has been running great almost 4 months later! I will be coming to Piazza for future oil changes and routine maintenance. Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

She did by 2.5% and the manager gave me an extra 1000 off for financing through Ford AFTER I was approved at a lower rate. True sales lady that cuts through all the unwanted salesman tactics. To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.
