I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

This is not a fancy lot, but has quality used vehicles at fair prices. We're glad we drove to Sapulpa to buy.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

After visiting multiple dealers in and around the Bentonville, I was expecting the worst when I went to see this 'small' dealer in the outskirts of Tulsa. I was led here by a nice looking car on cars.com. I confess, the name Bishop's Corner Auto Sales did nothing great for my confidence and it didn't go up as I drove into the lot. But boy oh boy, was I in for a surprise!!! Not only was Elliot really friendly with the sale of the Honda Accord, he made it a breeze with the entire process. I really loved the experience from start to finish. Unlike dealers that are either overpriced or keen on offering financing options and nothing else, he shared all the information he had about this car. He let me take my time in looking around on the car, answered all the questions I had, suggested the streets to drive in (a boon for an out-of-towner) to experience how the car felt in highway and city speeds with a blend of traffic and no-traffic. It was no pressure sales and I have a great product at a friendly price. When I suggested a trade-in, he worked late to try and ensure I did not have to drive back all the way to Tulsa another time. It was definitely worth my while and I am thrilled I still went with my gut to go to this 'small' place 20 miles from Tulsa. He suggested taking the car to an authorized dealer (unlike others that run helter skelter at the mention of dealer). Just like Paul Potts or Susan Boyle on BGT, where a nonchalant, almost nondescript looking someone took people's breath away and left them with a big smile, this little place gave me the best experience and the biggest smile I have had with buying a car. I had to replace 4 quickstruts, rear adjustable control rods, spark plugs and valve adjustment at 105,000 miles. The front sway bar had to be repaired. The usual brakes and tires. The valves needed to be adjusted as they were not to specification anymore . I didn’t mind spending the money because I plan on keeping this CR-V past 250,000 miles.

Paul was great in helping with our Honda Odyssey and explaining all the new features! We haven?t bought a new car in awhile so most of the features were new to us.

Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

I have owned my CRV since 2008. Other than normal wear and tear, I have had no issues. My only regret is not buying the EX or EXL. The wheels on the LX are ugly.
