I totaled my car, but came out of it unharmed, had lots of emotional trauma due to the severity of the accident. I had just bought my Subaru Outback in April of 2024, and now I had to look for another one. After a long search, and lots of patience, I had narrowed it down to three. It came down to reviews of each dealership and what they had to offer. I loved seeing all the positive comments at Ozzy’s, but still wasn’t sure until I met Yuriy and Ozzy. They were very friendly and a young man greeted us the moment we arrived. Yuriy, was my car salesman. He was very personable and genuine. I felt very comfortable and heard. They also guaranteed the car for thirty days. I bought my Subaru from Ozzy’s!! I love it! Thank you Ozzy and Yuriy! The car is everything you said it would be.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

We purchased our new 2026 F350 here and the experience was great. No pressure at all. Even the add-on warranty stuff had no pressure. We asked lots of questions and he just simply supplied answers for us, printed out everything and gave us days-weeks to think about it. No pressure to buy anything. Our salesman, Michal "Meehow" Swiercz, was great as well. Always responded to phone calls or texts (even on his days off) and always got us the information we needed. This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

We were nervous about buying a used vehicle for our kid who just started driving. We went to a few different dealerships in the area (big dealerships to smaller dealerships) but from the moment Ozzy introduced himself, he gave all of us such an amazing experience. We even left to check out a couple of other dealerships because it seemed too good to be true, but over lunch we all decided we were coming back to Ozzy's because we like and trust HIM and his crew. He has given us such a peace of mind and confidence in our purchase. The other staff members are equally amazing and accommodating. I watched them work together collectively to take care of the property, prep the cars that just arrived to the lot (they get new ones every few days and keep them meticulously clean!), prep the cars going to the auction, and help the customers. It wasn't competitive, and as the owner, he spoke to every single person respectfully and it gave a real family and friendly atmosphere. One that truly deserves your business. By the way, they offer a referral program and are true to their word about it. Go check them out, you won't regret it.

Responded quickly and was willing to work with me on the selection of a vehicle. Due to the distance from the dealership I did not find a suitable vehicle for which I was willing to make the trip.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

I had to replace 4 quickstruts, rear adjustable control rods, spark plugs and valve adjustment at 105,000 miles. The front sway bar had to be repaired. The usual brakes and tires. The valves needed to be adjusted as they were not to specification anymore . I didn’t mind spending the money because I plan on keeping this CR-V past 250,000 miles.

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

I went to Tom Scott Honda to buy a used car. I was pre-approved from my bank and had already found the vehicle I wanted online. I waited three months before writing this review to make sure everything was as they said it would be - and it is! The banking went through without a hitch, the car is fantastic and runs great. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience and will use Brandon again in the future and keep his card in my wallet to refer others to "one of the good guys."

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.
