Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

High volume operation. Willing to negotiate. Helpful staff. On the downside, the car (a ‘22 Mustang GT) smelled like a 1 star motel that rents per hour It really needed to be detailed prior to showing yet was on the lot @60 days. I’d buy from them if the car was acceptable.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Was very happy with the process of leasing a vehicle. I went in with a specific goal to lease, and with little hassle, they could meet my needs. Cory, the salesman was polite and patient. Everyone we spoke with was great. I am not a true car fan. To me, I am concerned about value, affordability, and reliability, but I do love my Venue! Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

We've dealt with Mike Estep for all of our 4 trucks. Being a long time customer of his says a lot about his caring attitude and his character.We enjoy working with Mike every 3 years... we lease our trucks that pull our 5th wheel camper. We know that we can rely on him to find what we need. Mike is personable and straightforward. He gets the job done and does it very well. We'll see him again when it's time for truck number 5.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

No high pressure sales. They basically just let me take the car out for a good long drive, crawl under it, look under the hood, check it all out. They Even made sure that the AC was totally charged and ready to rock and roll.

I had to replace 4 quickstruts, rear adjustable control rods, spark plugs and valve adjustment at 105,000 miles. The front sway bar had to be repaired. The usual brakes and tires. The valves needed to be adjusted as they were not to specification anymore . I didn’t mind spending the money because I plan on keeping this CR-V past 250,000 miles.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Great communication and customer service. Answered questions, didn't rush or push.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

I bought my used 2022 Maverick from Ricart and have been happy with their sales & service ever since! Always pleasant in the service department, went above & beyond when some grease was left on some things in the interior, detailed the whole inside and fixed the undercarriage cover (new hardware too) from getting my oil changed at a Firestone store (never again, Firestone😣). Their services are modestly priced, with some discounts too. Everytime I go to Columbus I drive through their car wash, works great! I will continue to use Ricart for purchasing and service😁

It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I had. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

I couldn't be happier with Coughlin Hyundai. They aren't our closest dealership, but we gladly travel the extra distance to Coughlin after a horrible shopping experience with our "local" Hyundai dealer in Athens, Ohio. We purchased a new Palisade from Coughlin in June of 2020. It was the easiest and most pleasant new car buying experience of my life. The car is fantastic! The service department has been fantastic. The sales staff is excellent, friendly and no pressure. They are very good at finding the right vehicle for a customer's needs and budget. In fact, we were so pleased we returned in April 2021 to purchase a second new car, a Venue. The experience was as pleasant as the first purchase. Car gets excellent mileage if you drive sensible. No jackrabbit starts. The only thing that I would have done differently whenpurchasing the car would have been to swap out the Hankook tires (which are terrible) for Michelin tires. I had the same problem with my Honda Odyssey. When I purchased Michelins after I needed new tires the ride improved tremendously.

Derrick was very personable and easy to deal with. The vehicle we bought was in excellent condition and priced right. We appreciate having a good used car dealer in the area and will look here again if we need another used vehicle.

This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

We scheduled a visit, after looking for a specific vehicle within our price range, for close to 5 months. I scheduled a visit online and met with Erica on a Saturday for a vehicle inspection and test drive. Erica and the rest of the staff were very friendly and good to work with during negotiations. We cane to an amicable agreement within about 30 minutes and I am very Happy with my F150 4x4. The only knock on my experience here, was that there was a noticable vehicle repair that I believe should have been done prior to putting the vehicle out for sale, exhaust replacement. They did take money off in the deal for the parts needing replaced, but would have been great to not needed to use my time and resources to complete said repair. We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

The service department is exceptional. I always request Jarod Ridgeway because he is so knowledgeable, honest, and nice. He makes sure his customers always leave very pleased and happy. Excellent employee.
