Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

The process of buying a car at Team Nissan was very smooth. Most people hate this process and go into it with dread and anxiety. The salesperson, Peter, was extremely thorough with all information regarding each step of the process. As well, he was very knowledgeable about the cars and particularly the one that I was interested in purchasing. He was friendly and just made the entire process easy. You could tell that he enjoys his job. I felt comfortable with him right away. Nate, the Finance Manager, was very helpful as well. The paperwork can be daunting but with Nate it was almost fun because we were having some great conversation. He is a very pleasant man to deal with and he made this daunting process enjoyable. The paperwork part of buying this car was also much quicker than I expected. I believe it's because Nate knew what he was doing with no hiccups to slow down the process. To sum it up, I left Team Nissan very happy and would go back in a second to buy again. You can feel comfortable dealing with these folks. I recommend this dealership and am very happy I made the choice to go there to buy my car.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

Had Tires and Battery replaced. Good Prices and Good work. Service Manager found several discounts that was applied to my needs. Work was done on time and vehicle was in a clean state when finished

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Excellant Sales service from Sid and Ed the manager at East Hills Jeap Eagle dealer. I worked out the best deals for 2 Grand Cheerokee jeeps that my wife and my self just leased ! We were very happy with the outside and interior colors as well as pinstripping that we recieved as well ! The contrats were seemless and everthing was done with the insurance company and DMV for us. Due to my wifes bad knees Sales Rep Sid helped find on the internet automatic iluminated side boards that automatically extend out so as it is easier to step into the high jeep and then when you close the door these side boards automatically tuck themselves under the car. Ed the manager helped get some money back on these automatic side boards due to my wifes diability ! Again it was seemless everything went well! We have been doing business with East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Eagle dealer for the last 25 years where everyone in my family has purchased a Jeep as well as my son Jeffrey who purchased a Dodge Ram SRXcharger which my son still has after 9 years and is in perfect working order. I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Although I did not buy a subaru,I did buy another car they had on their lot and everyone was super helpful and professional. My sales rep, Kordian even answered my questions when he was off the clock!

Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. Just got one with 15,000 miles on it. In pristine condition. Still learning all the features since I never owned a car with so much tech. Once I learn one at a time, I found many of the features very useful. Over quality of build for the vehicle meets all my past expectations of past Honda vehicles. Don't understand the negative remarks about acceleration. If I have to get out of situation fast, which I had to, vehicle responded immediately and to my surprise much faster than expected. I have to keep in mind when driving it, speed can getaway with you if not driving properly, very quick for me on acceleration. Only negatives I have is: For a high quality vehicle it has no back up sensors, just a camera. It does have guidelines on the camera. I guess once I practice with the guidelines more, I will be able to see and not need back up sensors. The other item not happy with is the center console storage. You have to slide two panels to see all that is in the compartment, since the lower compartment is so long for plenty of storage. Just one long long panel would be great. Also, the flip up center armrest in the front would be great if it had an inner compartment on the arm rest. For me it is a very comfortable and relaxing vehicle to drive. I notice I do not get as tired on long trips in this car, compared to my previous. It has excellent storage, plenty for my needs. History will tell if Honda downgraded on things compared to the past. I got the remaining factory bumper to bumper warranty (Certified) along with the top of line extended maintenance for 10 years/100,000 miles. So feel pretty comfortable about future repairs since I will only be responsible for regular maintenance and normal wear and tear parts. Overall....REALLY HAPPY! On top of that I am dealing with a fantastic dealer, BIANCHI HONDA OF ERE. From the salesman, used car manager, finance department and service, they have been great, friendly people to deal with. Late Note: We also own the 2019 CRV, along with 2020, Both are EX-L version. Had the 2019 longer, also a fantastic vehicle.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

My 2023 Honda CR-V has been making rattling or knocking noises its very loud especially when at red lights and stop signs. It stops when I turn the air conditioner off. I took it back to the car dealership which is Gwinnett Place Honda here in Georgia and they didn’t find anything the first time because it stopped making noises by the time I got there. And on the second time I took it it was making noises they said maybe I need a compressor and they kept my car and gave me a loaner.
