I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. 10 STARS I’ve been coming to this location for few years and overall, I have to say that they are very attentive. When they list and explain the problem with my van, they are always clear. Marco from Service Department always goes above and beyond…the best experience. From pulling into the garage to getting my rodder fix, to rental car, he made it a stress-free transaction. Which I believe, is how it should be. Marco is always friendly, professional and efficient. I cannot forget Carlos who helped walked me through rental car yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and patience to my questions. Then the other Marco from Service Porter did a fantastic job washing and cleaning my van. I mean, my van looked brand new…he was very thorough. I have never experienced this kind of service. My one-hour commute to this location is totally worth it. Great hire manager. Even though this facility is a first come first serve basis they can get very busy here sometimes, but when I come in when they first open or even at 9am I am usually out the door within 1-2 hours. The staff/check-out will do what they can to help speed the process. It really depends what type of work you need to be done.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

I bought a 2020 Kia soul from this dealership’s. Took my time to fine the right vehicle . And was never pressured to buy something I did no wanted . After two month had a problem with van and they fix it no charge . I would definitely recommend this dealership.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

Bought a new 2025 crv sport hybrid l over the weekend, I worked with Steve Grady. My experience was excellent, he took care of me from start to finish, no surprises, no pressure, very relaxed environment, straight forward transaction, very patient with my requests and he was very courteous. No required add on packages, price is great and he responded quickly with my email inquiry, was able to negotiate a decent price for my tradein, they will offer you rust proofing and accessories but you can decline if you dont want. The business office will offer you extended warranty and it could get a bit tense although in the end the final price they will offer for a 8 yr honda care warranty is a pretty competitive price and will consider in my future purchases. Overall I had a great experience and way different than other shady dealerships that will try to steal your money. I was there for maybe about 3 hours from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone and will consider them again on my next purchase, thank you Valley Honda.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.
