I just purchased my 2nd (almost) brand new Tucson from Doug's in Lynnwood. My first experience was 7 years ago and fairly stressful, however this time was amazing. My sales rep was Michael Wilson. I had a certain deal in mind with my trade based on research and with very little back and forth I got my car! I've bought several new cars over the years and Michael by far is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He has a very kind, calm demeaner and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend him! Also Sonny (sp?) in warranty was great and very quick and efficient.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Very friendly service (not commission based sales people which is really refreshing!) Very easy to test drive inventory with an amazing selection of cars.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I have purchased 3 new cars in my lifetime and never really understood what I was buying and in the end felt trapped after the buying process was over. Today was a completely different experience for me. I recieved ,from Salesmen Rja, respect and professionalism that all consumers should receive when making such a large purchase but rarely get. Raj was exceptional in several ways. Raj not only sold me a SUV but chose to take the time to educate me on what I was buying. Rja spent time teaching me all of the amazing things my new SUV could do and made sure I understood his education by having me demonstrate my understanding of what he tought me. I felt completely comfortable, I felt like I was talking with an old friend, I never felt pressured or pushed. I never felt overwhelmed or confused. This is truly the first time that I ever bought a vehicle and drove way completely happy with my major purchase. When I went to go outside to get my new SUV , to my surprise, Rja had placed balloons and a congratulations note on my new SUV. It felt like I just had my first surprise party. Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

I have been attempting to purchase a used car for a great deal for the past three months. I now have (unwanted) firsthand experience with the liars of the used car dealer industry in this area. Jeb, however, at Maple Leaf Motors in Spanaway, WA, was immediately responsive to my financial needs as well as my desire to purchase a vehicle that will hopefully last me far into my senior years. He let me test drive a couple of vehicles, and has offered to let me test drive a more that I have my eye on. He has been honest, up front, about everything, and I am relieved. Also, he has not been pushy either, but rather has just let me decide what I like or don't like. It's something I truly value in people who sell. And, he has been patient with me, which has eased my apprehension of even looking for a car! The back up crew had each vehicle ready for me to drive and made sure there was fuel in the tanks--so worrying about gas turned out to be the last thing on my mind, unlike many of the dealerships I had been to. Although a purchase is still in progress, I feel that, FINALLY, there is a dealership that actually cares about what is important to me. If I can find a vehicle there that fits my high expectations, I definitely will buy from them.

This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.

Alex was great to work with on my visit. He communicated well and the car was clean when I picked it up. Would recommend Alex at Porsche Bellevue.

Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

I have owned this car since new. With 111K miles, I am still very happy with the choice. The 2014 was the last CR-V made with a conventional automatic transmission, and highly desirable for towing behind a camper. My service and repair bills have been exemplary.

I purchased this vehicle the first year that Honda came out with the CRV. My boyfriend was a Honda Mechanic at the dealership where I purchased it & he did all the scheduled maintenance. And scheduled maintenance was the only thing I had to do the 4+ years I owned it. Once I paid it off, I’d had it 4 1/2 to 5 year’s & I’d put over 100k on it. I traded it for a new Honda Element. I’ll never forget the 45 minute drive home in the Element…. My 5 year old daughter cried hysterically the entire drive because I had traded our CRV. Turned out the Honda Element, seemed roomier but really wasn’t. Only seated 4, which ended up being a problem. We absolutely LOVED our 1997 CRV & have owned 3 more since! This Is a well made, mechanically sound vehicle!

JULES was outright amazing! I went in the day after my best friend got her used Nissan rouge and Jules was so easy going not pushy at all! I came in the exact day after my best friend got her rouge me wanting the other rouge and Jules and Anuj helped me out! They didn’t push me or pressure me! They helped fit my needs and the car I got exactly they made it work! If I could recommend anyone getting a car go to Lynnwood Honda and ask for Jules she’ll help you with everything and not pressure you at all Jules makes you feel comfortable and works with what you want in a vehicle and doesn't try and sell you one that you don’t want. We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

My wife and have a 2011 Acura MDX, not purchased from this dealership. I brought the car to the dealership for service. We were very pleased by the outstanding service and professional staff there. We were given a MDX as a free loaner while our car was getting its services and detailing. We live in Lakewood, and will continue to drive here for service and new vehicle purchase when the time comes.

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.
