We were 170 miles from home when our 2020 CRV showed a problem with the AWD. I knew this could be serious. We went to Shenango Honda to find out what was going on. Service advisor Robin so greatly helped us! She explained exactly what would be done to diagnose our problem. About 20 minutes later the tech Brian came to talk with us. He explained exactly what was going on and reassured us that this was covered under our extended Honda warranty plan. If the part was in stock, we could have had this done on the spot.
