Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

I typically don't write reviews but I thought this was a good occasion to write one. George Mankarious helped my girlfriends son lease a new Toyota Tacoma 2023. The experience was nice and easy and very professional and took the stress out of such a transaction. We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I ordered a Ford F150 Lariat on April 11th 2022. At the time I inquired about the price protection. I spoke with salesman Blaine. I was assured that I would receive the price protection. I was given a sign contract, as well as the order sheet with the MSRP. My truck was deliver/Purchased on 9/20/2022. I paid the new MSRP of 3K more that when ordered. I was concerned about the new price and requested a signed note that I would receive the Check from Ford. I received a signed letter to this effect by the Sales Manager. I have stopped by on several occasions to check in with Blain, who told me as soon as he receives the check he’ll contact me.I have also called and left messages with management.I have yet to hear anything. It's been 89 Business days since my purchased. I’m very happy with my purchase and my overall experience. So far service has been great. I’m kinda of getting nervous that run around with a 3k price protection check.

I'm not a high tech kind of guy. In fact, I've never even bothered to learned how to program my vehicle car radio or phone. I've used my CRV as a truck for hauling, camping and all around vehicle transport. It has never let me down and I would buy another one if needed.

We have only had the CRV for about 7 weeks. It seems to be a great vehicle. But we are still learning all of the features and safety accessories. We purchased it used and there was no owners manual so it’s a try and learn. The salesman was great. The dealership not so much. Would buy the CRV again but at a different dealership

I had a really good experience here. The guys were straightforward and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. They worked with me on the price and explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

Jonathan was very genuine, helpful and trustworthy. Not too many sales at other dealerships are like him. He answered our questions, replied to our messages timely, and is just a very pleasant salesperson to work with. He is an asset to this dealership. Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

Easy to handle, but could use a little more luxury. Impaired vision, five drivers side from window or car meets engine want heated seats to be an automatic option, _____cannot use Google Maps in this car. Could not use cell ph till I called Honda directly. What’s up?

I had to replace 4 quickstruts, rear adjustable control rods, spark plugs and valve adjustment at 105,000 miles. The front sway bar had to be repaired. The usual brakes and tires. The valves needed to be adjusted as they were not to specification anymore . I didn’t mind spending the money because I plan on keeping this CR-V past 250,000 miles.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

We purchased a red 2008 Toyota Solara convertible from Mr. Krause. Prompt delivery from New Jersey to El Paso. The vehicle was immaculate for being a 2008. Very low mileage. We can tell the vehicle had been garaged as we were surprised at how well kept it is. Highly recommend seller.

This is a superb vehicle, even after many kms of driving. It should last many years with normal maintenance. It has no flaws that I'm aware of.
