Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

I was very grateful for the service, especially from the salesman Matheus Diniz, for understanding my needs and finding the best purchase option within my budget. It exceeded my expectations and was my best purchase to date.

I loved my 2022 CRV but after it was totaled, I upgraded to 2026. I do miss the wood paneling on the 2022 model, and I wish the 2026 was still compatible with the HondaLink app, but overall the 2026 is all around better vehicle with even more comfortable seating, a bigger screen, and the same smooth Honda handling. If you are in the market for a small SUV, you can't go wrong with a 2026 CRV!

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

We discovered that the head lights of our 2022 CRV- Hybrid battery had “turned themselves on” in the middle of the night. Not knowing the cause, we called the dealership first thing the next morning to inform them we were having it towed down to the dealership. The receptionist was helpful, explaining she would inform the advisors to expect it. The service department was busy, but they were able to expedite evaluating the problem, which was a dead battery, and get it fixed within hours. We were so appreciative.

This is the first Honda I've ever purchased and it's one the best purchases I've ever made. The dealership was truly an Excellent experience would definitely recommend!!

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

My 2023 Honda CR-V has been making rattling or knocking noises its very loud especially when at red lights and stop signs. It stops when I turn the air conditioner off. I took it back to the car dealership which is Gwinnett Place Honda here in Georgia and they didn’t find anything the first time because it stopped making noises by the time I got there. And on the second time I took it it was making noises they said maybe I need a compressor and they kept my car and gave me a loaner.

Jorge in the body shop was amazing. He was able to get my car in right away after an accident and he communicated proactively with my insurance company. He looped me in regularly to update me on what was happening and managed to facilitate my car being repaired in just over a week. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I wanted to purchase a new Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Plugin Limited. Could not find one in my state of GA. I used Cars.com to look out of state and found the exact car I wanted at Mirak for a good price. Never purchased a car online or out of state and was very nervous and skeptical. All that changed as soon as I talked to Doug and Michael over at Mirak. They explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. The purchase was painless. The price they offered online was a really good deal with lots of rebates and no hidden fees. Michael even made sure I got a Military discount that I wasn't aware I qualified for. (I thought you had to be active duty to qualify). After we agreed on the final purchase price and financing I needed to get the car transported to GA. Michael handled the whole transport process and kept me updated. I did have to pay a fee for transport, but that was told to me up front. The money I saved buying from Mirak and the partial federal tax credit for plugin electric more than covered the cost. I was worried that it would take a long time to get the car, but from start to finish it took a little over 3 weeks to get my car. This is pretty fast because from what I've read online the process usualy takes 1 to 3 months. Even more impressive all this was taking place during a big snow storm and of course the pandemic. In my past experience of buying a car it was all so confrontational and drawn out with lots of hidden fees. I always left having buyer remorse. Not this time. I saved $7,000 off MSRP and get a $4,500 federal tax credit. All this while averaging almost 70 mpg in my new 2020 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Plugin. As you can tell by my lengthy review I am super satisfied with my car buying experience. Mirak is a car buyers dream. This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.
