My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Buying a used 2012 VW Jetta for my Daughter's 16th birthday. Found the car on Cars.com, submitted a question to see if vehicle was still available, and immediately received a response. Went to see and test drive the vehicle the next day where I ended up signing the papers. Brought check and picked up the following day! Overall very good and quick transaction. I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

The staff here was wonderful and they had reasonable prices on their cars. Pointe Auto is definitely somewhere we will be returning when we are in the hunt for another vehicle! God bless you guys for making a difficult time a little easier :) Although we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for this time around, you never made me feel pressured about buying something that didn't quite "fit" us. Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

The paperwork was handled very quickly . The whole process of looking over the car, test driving, and paperwork only took an hour and a half.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

We had an awesome experience with Nick in Auburn in July of 2023. We absolutely LOVE our 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude and will tell all our family and friends to go to Nick when they are looking for a vehicle. Nick was very friendly, and always patient with us and knew what to look for for us and he found it in a short amount of time, that was good for us. He was always available when we needed him and I highly recommend Nick at the Angola store in a little over a week because that’s where he will be transferring to then.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

I purchased 2 vehicles and am very happy with both. The staff was great to deal with and made the process painless. Easy to see why they get such great reviews.

I had to replace 4 quickstruts, rear adjustable control rods, spark plugs and valve adjustment at 105,000 miles. The front sway bar had to be repaired. The usual brakes and tires. The valves needed to be adjusted as they were not to specification anymore . I didn’t mind spending the money because I plan on keeping this CR-V past 250,000 miles.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Our experience with this dealership has been very positive so far. They have been attentive to problems discovered after the car was delivered and are in process of resolving them.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

I was looking across the states for a "vintage" car that was hard to find. I found it at Point Auto. Josh and Logan were excellent in answering all of my questions and concerns long distance. They were very timely in their response to emails, texts, and phone calls. They provided excellent customer service! Once it came to negotiating a price, Josh was very willing and helpful; the purchase transaction was seamless. The next step was getting the car to Oregon. They assured me that they could work with any car carrier and make it happen. I basically bought the car sight unseen with the exception of photos. (I did hire a mobile mechanic to check the car out for me.) I had to trust Point Auto that they would be good on their word. Upon arrival, I found the car was exactly as they presented it to be and was just what I expected! Josh even followed up it's arrival by checking in with me as to how it was going with the car. Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

What A Fantastic Experience. My husband and I were interested in a Ford Bronco so got online and looked on cars.com. Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.
