I bought the car with 150k miles and it was rotting in a neighbors driveway. The dealer told me it would cost $1900 to fix. I went home and YouTubed all of the repairs myself and got the parts for $120. Easy to work on and reasonable to repair. Now almost 200k miles and I drive it everywhere. Great car and it still has the picnic table.

We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

This is a superb vehicle, even after many kms of driving. It should last many years with normal maintenance. It has no flaws that I'm aware of.

My 2007 CR-V has 265,000 miles and remains the best vehicle I’ve ever owned and my 4th CR-V. I have no intention of selling anytime soon, but if I can afford a newer one I will definitely buy it. Why change when you’ve had a gold mine. Vini Messina Tewksbury, MA

Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.

I have owned my CRV since 2008. Other than normal wear and tear, I have had no issues. My only regret is not buying the EX or EXL. The wheels on the LX are ugly.

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

Too bad I can't give this a 6 star rating! Several months ago I bought a certified pre-owned 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness from Stohlman Subaru of Sterling. I had been leasing cars for 10 years and this was a big step forward to buy one. EVERY single person I dealt with from my sales expert (Vic), to their financing guru (Josh), and their very helpful post-purchase car tour/tutorial (Chris) took their time to answer any and all questions I had, to inform me about every step that was being taken, and they were very patient without forcing the sale on me. This was a HUGE help to make me feel like I was making the right decision since I was not intending on buying that day, but I couldn't pass up this car and it wouldn't have stayed on the lot very long either. Bought a neglected 2005 CRV in 2020 with 150k miles on it. Did most of the repairs myself (extensive YouTube videos) and cheap parts are available. I put in Royal Purple high mileage oil, changed out the transmission fluid (really easy) every 15k miles. New plugs and wires, rear differential fluid change, valve cover gasket, and vvt solenoid with O2 sensors. Believe it or not that’s only $400 and I paid $2000. It runs like new. Only bad feature is the paint is terrible for this silver car in Florida. Going strong with 185k miles and I fully expect to get more than 220k.

I bought this for my first car and was honestly amazing. I'm so upset that its totaled and will miss her so much. My only complaint about it was the Air Conditioning during HOT HOT summers would blow out warm air, but I think its a common issue. At 151k miles, it developed this sound with the exhausted, but nevertheless, an amazing, dependable car for a girl who knows nothing about them.

Just bought one used. It is everything I hoped it would be. I had looked for one with limited trim; I like just the basics. The more computerized and techy a vehicle is, the more that can go wrong... My dealer found the perfect one for me. If I had to critique anything, it would be that the visibility from the rear could be a little better. I had an older RAV4 that had a lot more all-around visibility, but so far, that is the only thing and it's not even a big deal. Mine has fabric seats, just like I wanted. I'm not a fan of leather. This SUV does really good on gas too. I like it better than my RAV.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

Not a sexy high performance sport Ute but a very practical vehicle that is just about bullet proof in terms of reliability. It does all things well but not really exceptional in any area.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I really like how comfortable the seats are. Plenty of leg room and storage. Drives like a dream. Very well made. Good has mileage as well.

My dad bought this car around 2010. Used it, gave it to my mom, my mom gave it to me in 2020. Rarely had issues. Hearty car, withstood my neglect. Never needed anything other than oil changes. It got totaled in an accident last week. I'm grieving the loss. This car was a champion until the very end. RIP Barbara.

Bought new in 2000. 217000 miles in 2021. Only ever needed scheduled maintenance except a little valve work at 180,000 miles when the check engine light came on. I couldn’t sense any cylinder issues, but my state requires that check engine issues be fixed before they renew the tag. Here’s a tip about the grade logic system. If you’re slowly accelerating up a gentle incline and the car will not produce a gear shift when you know it should, just jiggle the shift lever up into neutral and immediately back down into drive. The transmission will find the next gear. Do not take your foot off the accelerator and do not linger in neutral. The engine won’t rev and the transmission will shift smoothly if you do it quickly.

This car was perfect for me. It was classy and cute with the luggage rack, practical and reliable, and got good mileage. If it was clean it looked like new!
