Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

As anyone knows, the stress and time that goes into finding a used vehicle. From my first stop to see the car, Erik was accommodating, and there was no pressure. It took a couple of days to see some other similar vehicles and found our way back to this one. Test drove it with Erik and enjoyed his knowledge and personality, and did not feel rushed. A small down payment to hold the vehicle while doing the finance paperwork. Easy and quick process, and Rob, the finance guy, understood our parameters and helped us get there. The no hidden fees was a big plus to know our exact costs. Where these guys really shined was when we ran into insurance quote issues. They couldn’t be more understanding, giving us the time to work through it and offering to help where they could. Definitely consider them when shopping for a vehicle.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Thanks to Bill Walsh who managed to get the car detailed the night before and get me in and out before noon on a Saturday. I love it!

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. Yaik patiently answered all my questions and explained how various options would work. He guided me through the whole process and worked hard to get me the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it to be. The experience I dreaded turned out to be pleasurable thanks to Yaik and all the other staff at Route23 Honda that I dealt with. Love the car!

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

We drove almost two hours to this dealership to look at a 2003 Wrangler that they had. The trip was well worth it. Mark and his team were pleasant and accommodating, and made what can sometimes be a grueling process very quick, easy, and hassle-free. The next time we are in the market for a pre-owned car, I will not hesitate to check out their inventory and make the trip again.

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

I had called ahead to determine if this Dealership had the make/model car I wanted to buy used. During the test drive he pointed out important features and anticipated questions I would not have known to ask. The duration of the test drive was generous. And here's the cherry on the cake that sets David above most others: *AFTER* the sale was made, he took the time to give us a thorough walk-thru of setting up Android Auto and the various options for vehicle settings. David gave us a very favorable buying experience.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

This is a superb vehicle, even after many kms of driving. It should last many years with normal maintenance. It has no flaws that I'm aware of.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Justin and the staff. I did not have a car to get there but seen a 07 Yukon Denali on the website with no pictures yet. I spoke to Justin and he explained they just got it in and they did not take pictures yet. Justin took pictures and videos of the whole truck. He even went under the car for video and pics of the undercarriage. I been looking for a car for a little over a month and the bait and switch the dealers did was not fair. 101 motors not only understood what I was looking for but they did not try and make me feel uncomfortable by showing me cars I could not afford. I dealt with Justin as a salesman and Joshua the manager in finance and I could not be happier with the service I received. If anyone asks me where to look for a car I will tell them to go to 101 motors because they know how to treat their customers. My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

I bought this for my first car and was honestly amazing. I'm so upset that its totaled and will miss her so much. My only complaint about it was the Air Conditioning during HOT HOT summers would blow out warm air, but I think its a common issue. At 151k miles, it developed this sound with the exhausted, but nevertheless, an amazing, dependable car for a girl who knows nothing about them.
