I have now purchased five vehicles from this dealer - 4 CR-Vs and one Accord. Basically I find them to be honest and trustworthy. I do think they low ball the trade in offers they make and price their cars a bit higher than something like Kelly Blue Book would suggest. But their location is convenient, service is good and sales people are reasonably responsive. I had two minor problems with the Certified CR-V I recently purchased but after some diligent tracking of the sales person, both were fixed promptly and at no cost.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

I was working with a few different dealerships and none of the salespeople had the knowledge of Thomas at tulley they where very upfront and honest didn’t play and dealership games and got to my number no fighting back and forth

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

We had a great and low pressure experience buying a car with Stan. We wanted something very particular and they had it. The car is in great shape and they did an excellent job reconing it. After going to multiple dealerships and dealing with the typical "sales guy" Stan was a breath of fresh air!

Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

We purchased a used Ford Focus on August 3, 2016 from S&J Motor for my husband. He passed away in 2020 and I turned his car over to my granddaughter when she got her license 2 years ago. The car is still running without a single problem!

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

I rarely post reviews, but I I am making an exception because I need to make sure that this gets out! I despise car shopping. I think the cost of vehicles is absurd, and I go into a panic every three years when my lease runs out. I HAD A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE AT RON BOUCHARD! I have been telling everybody I know (and don’t!) that if they need a vehicle do not go anywhere else but Ron Bouchard, specifically Lancaster, and ASK FOR LUIS RIVERA! Luis was amazing, and I say that with my whole chest. From the moment we walked in, he was 100% interested in what I needed, NOT what would make him the most money. I was ready to have to plead my case about monthly payments and how I really wanted to buy out the lease when Luis said, unprompted, “You know, you are in a really good position to buy out your lease.” 😳 The relief I felt leaving that dealership is like nothing I have experienced in the last three leases from “Herb”, where the goal is to push you to the absolute max you can pay a month, plus a few extra. Not true at Ron’s house! You can tell they are interested in helping and building trust. They want you to come back! They want you to tell others to go there! Repeat business is critical for these guys, and I want to make sure that they get as much as possible. I also have to mention Eddie Osorio, the finance manager we worked with. Again, completely transparent about what was happening at every turn. Numbers make my head hurt, but Eddie clearly explained everything with no high pressure sales, just the pros and cons of each option. I could not be happier with the outcome. Putting business aside, these are just really good human beings. Good energy throughout the entire dealership. I could not have imagined I would be raving about a car buying experience, but here we are! Look, there are a million places to get a car. I have spent days of my precious free time over the years trying to find the best deal, the lowest payment, etc. Do not waste your time. Just go here first. And ask for LUIS RIVERA! My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

We purchased a used Nautilus. Our experience with Nate was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and spot on with our expectations. Lyndsay was also wonderful to work with. This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

Spent a full week trying to decide between a Toyota Prius and Nissan Juke. Both were low mileage vehicles and immaculate. After 3 test drives, fell in love with the Juke. Beth and Kelly were so patient and quick to respond to any questions. Took the car to a friend who told me to buy, and quickly. Car was priced below book value and had 4 brand new tires and brakes/rotors. Also, dealing in used cars from auctions, my friend told me they were the most honest dealers around. Made my decision so much easier. I have had the car for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. Adding a 4th car to the family was initially a stressful time, but finding a great car for a great price took a lot of the stress away.

I have owned this car since new. With 111K miles, I am still very happy with the choice. The 2014 was the last CR-V made with a conventional automatic transmission, and highly desirable for towing behind a camper. My service and repair bills have been exemplary.

Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited. I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making. Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.

I'll recomend this vehicle to anyone and everyone. Its the best vehicle I have ever owned. It has an exelent balance of comfort and ride. Fuel consumption could be better, but on the other hand I like the responsive engine.
