I was looking for a small SUV. I really liked my salesperson, Julie Bialas. She was knowledgeable, patient, organized, kind, and sincere. I felt that she wanted to help me get the right car for my needs and her motivation was not just to make a sale. She seemed to love the HRV and I did too but in the end I had to choose a smaller car. Perhaps next time I purchase a car I will be comfortable driving something bigger, or maybe Honda will make a smaller SUV. In any case , I will look for Julie to guide me to my next purchase. 2020 Honda CR-V AWD EX-L review
I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of
I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

2014 Honda CR-V EX review
Reliable is an understatement!
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.
