My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

We live in Burien, so this was not the closest Subaru dealership, but we liked it a lot better than the one in Renton. I hate shopping for and buying cars, but I felt that Carter made it as painless as possible. We worked with Bryan Deando, who was wonderful. I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

The dealership’s response was posted about three days following my interest statement. Had I been more interested than I was that was only marginally quick. In fact, my car shopping interest at this time is marginal. I am currently without a drivers license due to a health issue, and without the cash to buy outright.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

They also have good working knowledge of the cars on the lot with an onsite mechanic and free oil changes after the sale. I bought a 16 year old car that I love. Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Overall, this is a great car. It's well-equipped, has a spacious interior, and a great hands-free system. The only downside is the rear camera, which makes it difficult to see when reversing at night because the lighting is quite dim. Overall, this is a great car. Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

I was looking at three different cars across a dozen or so dealers. Only two were willing to run the process in a way that worked for me and only was anywhere near as transparent as I needed. Guess where I spent my money? CJ in sales and Brandon in finance were enjoyable people to be around, real humans. In my time at the dealership, I observed a lot of interactions and it struck me as a low-pressure, high-service place. I'll be back in three years when my lease is up to do it again.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.
