Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

My wife and I purchased a 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid at the end of 2024 , and found our experience with Emily Gregory to be excellent. Emily was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. I have now purchased five vehicles from this dealer - 4 CR-Vs and one Accord. Basically I find them to be honest and trustworthy. I do think they low ball the trade in offers they make and price their cars a bit higher than something like Kelly Blue Book would suggest. But their location is convenient, service is good and sales people are reasonably responsive. I had two minor problems with the Certified CR-V I recently purchased but after some diligent tracking of the sales person, both were fixed promptly and at no cost.

This is the first Honda I've ever purchased and it's one the best purchases I've ever made. The dealership was truly an Excellent experience would definitely recommend!!

I rarely post reviews, but I I am making an exception because I need to make sure that this gets out! I despise car shopping. I think the cost of vehicles is absurd, and I go into a panic every three years when my lease runs out. I HAD A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE AT RON BOUCHARD! I have been telling everybody I know (and don’t!) that if they need a vehicle do not go anywhere else but Ron Bouchard, specifically Lancaster, and ASK FOR LUIS RIVERA! Luis was amazing, and I say that with my whole chest. From the moment we walked in, he was 100% interested in what I needed, NOT what would make him the most money. I was ready to have to plead my case about monthly payments and how I really wanted to buy out the lease when Luis said, unprompted, “You know, you are in a really good position to buy out your lease.” 😳 The relief I felt leaving that dealership is like nothing I have experienced in the last three leases from “Herb”, where the goal is to push you to the absolute max you can pay a month, plus a few extra. Not true at Ron’s house! You can tell they are interested in helping and building trust. They want you to come back! They want you to tell others to go there! Repeat business is critical for these guys, and I want to make sure that they get as much as possible. I also have to mention Eddie Osorio, the finance manager we worked with. Again, completely transparent about what was happening at every turn. Numbers make my head hurt, but Eddie clearly explained everything with no high pressure sales, just the pros and cons of each option. I could not be happier with the outcome. Putting business aside, these are just really good human beings. Good energy throughout the entire dealership. I could not have imagined I would be raving about a car buying experience, but here we are! Look, there are a million places to get a car. I have spent days of my precious free time over the years trying to find the best deal, the lowest payment, etc. Do not waste your time. Just go here first. And ask for LUIS RIVERA! My door handles some times don't work well is hard to open I buy this crv 2022 brand new after 4 months I have this problem

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

From the first phone call to the in-person meeting with our sales representative Aram, our experience was excellent. Everyone at the dealership as a whole was very friendly and helpful including the manager and financing personnel. The sales representative was always accessible and courteous understanding our needs in a new car purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

We purchased a used Honda Pilot from Boch Honda. The sales staff was friendly and we were not pressured during the process. On the second day after the vehicle was delivered to us we had transmission trouble, the dashboard light was flashing with a check transmission warning light. We called the dealership and spoke with Bill about our issue with the vehicle. Boch Honda came to our house to pick up the vehicle, they replaced the bad transmission and a week later returned the repaired vehicle to our driveway. They gave us a one year warranty on the work, we couldn’t be happier with this dealership.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.
