My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

I work in the medical field, I deal with all types of attitudes throughout the day so when I tell you customer service is very important to me, it really is. The customer service I received from Temuri, AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He made sure I was good the entire time I was there. My phone was dying so he gave me a charger, so I was able to stay in touch with my family when they needed me. He checked my tires and informed me; they had too much air in them and corrected the issue before I had one. He went out of his way and reprogrammed my radio. Although my service time was there for 3 hours, after interacting with him, it was worth it. Temuri keep up the good work and hope to see you the next time I'm there!

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

THE BODY SHOP, Manager Mike Nero is Spectacular - Mike is a Man amongst men as far as my experience went with him getting my ‘21 black Accord Sport fixed back to Perfect(!)…from the entire right side being destroyed by me being T-boned on my way to trade it! Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

We worked with Steve who was our salesman. Steve was a genuine, honest, lovely man who just want it to make us happy. He didn’t push anything. He was thorough, helpful, and I felt as though we were treated with respect and kindness and honesty.

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

I went in looking for a used car, was introduced to Martin, I must say he was a gem to deal with, picked the car out on Fri, there was a little problem, Martin told me to pick the car up on Monday, when i got there i saw some long scratches that i missed, Martin had them taken care of immediately, He did a follow up after i got the car, but the most impressive thing was my car was state to have Bluetooth, it did not, Martin and his manager Jorge made it happen, an appt was made and i got it. I bought this for my first car and was honestly amazing. I'm so upset that its totaled and will miss her so much. My only complaint about it was the Air Conditioning during HOT HOT summers would blow out warm air, but I think its a common issue. At 151k miles, it developed this sound with the exhausted, but nevertheless, an amazing, dependable car for a girl who knows nothing about them.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

On October 16th, 2024, we assisted our daughter in purchasing a 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Our bank is in New York. In my opinion, the bank wasn't moving fast enough to get the money over to make the purchase. Mike was our salesperson. I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

Both Sales managers are first class straight shooters. Dominic was a efficient problem solver who can read situations and provide excellent solutions. We felt like he was on our side to get the most appropriate vehicle at the best available.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

From finding the car online, to the communication online to the dealership was great. Everyone was very helpful and answered my questions whether it was sales, service or finance

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

I would give ten stars if we could. We had awful experiences just during our shopping process, at so many MB dealerships (lying about cars in stock, sales people with zero knowledge about their vehicles, and just really poor communication). We are so glad though because it led us to finding my dream car at MB FW, and the sale manager Matt M. communicated and made the deal come together quickly, he was fair, and transparent. He answered car questions and helped at least half a dozen times with my questions AFTER the purchase. Our sales associate Brittany (Meghan Markle twin) - she was SO kind, and SO patient. I was coming from a car that was almost 20 years old so my learning curve was steep. When we arrived she spent no less than an HOUR going through every last single button on the car and setting everything up for my preferences. She knew the car inside and out. We were floored, and didn't expect it but appreciated it beyond what we knew at the time because it was alot for my husband and I, both coming from our college cars that were before cars became so high tech. We appreciated her knowledge, after coming from another dealership where we tried to buy a car, but the sales woman couldn't answer ANYTHING, and kept pushing us towards a car she had in stock, when we had explained a bench versus captain seats were a non negotiable. We would have stayed with her for the search but she could not answer a single question about the car and also thought it was an electric vehicle until we pointed out it was a gas powered car with a battery feature. We lost out confidence at that moment. My husband and I buy and keep cars for the long haul and although car buying is an awful process usually, MB FW (Matt and Brittany specifically, went above and beyond on numerous occasions for us to make it a smooth transaction both before AND after purchase which is when you really learn about a sales persons character. We are so grateful.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.
