The sales man treated me like a person and let me drive, look or take apart what they had available. There was no pressure to buy or make the sale, they just wanted to make sure I would be happy with what ever I bought. A few hours later I drove away with a CPO car for my wife.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Thanks to Bill Walsh who managed to get the car detailed the night before and get me in and out before noon on a Saturday. I love it!

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. I had the most exceptional experience with the team at Hillside Honda - Edwin Luzon and Eli Hartley - who were both supremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly couldn't have asked for a better deal or purchasing experience with them. They are an asset to the Hillside team. My phone calls were returned promptly, no request was too hard, and their service was top notch. My 2023 Honda CR-V has been making rattling or knocking noises its very loud especially when at red lights and stop signs. It stops when I turn the air conditioner off. I took it back to the car dealership which is Gwinnett Place Honda here in Georgia and they didn’t find anything the first time because it stopped making noises by the time I got there. And on the second time I took it it was making noises they said maybe I need a compressor and they kept my car and gave me a loaner.

As a new customer I was pleased way beyond what I was expecting the sales girl named Florey Hasan did a fantabulous job from the point I went there till the time I was handed the suv she is well experienced and well mannered as my personal opinion I believe if someone as knowledgeable as Florey the company would not just grow but take things to new heights I personally thank hillside Honda for hiring a talent which is not possible with great knowledge and skills to get easily among young people

The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! Everything about this dealership was wonderful, mostly because of our salesman Anthony! He helped my daughter choose a specific model year and color. He selected all the available cars and told us the pros and cons of each. He was very patient as we took as much time as we needed to make our selection. I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I worked with Ron Terry who helped me lease a new Honda Civic lease and return my old Honda Civic lease. Ron listened to what I was looking for and the deal numbers that he presented to me during our second meeting held up, did not change, throughout the sales process. He meant what he said and did what he said. As we were finalizing the deal and ran into some issues with the financing he quickly adjusted the deal so we could finalize it and the final deal actually came out slightly better, not worse that what we had discussed. I could drove out of the lot after a couple of hours and leave the old lease with Ron. He even helped me charge my iPhone in the middle of it all. Ron is highly recommended and I will for sure contact him again the next time I need to get or trade in for a new car.

My door handles some times don't work well is hard to open I buy this crv 2022 brand new after 4 months I have this problem

We have only had the CRV for about 7 weeks. It seems to be a great vehicle. But we are still learning all of the features and safety accessories. We purchased it used and there was no owners manual so it’s a try and learn. The salesman was great. The dealership not so much. Would buy the CRV again but at a different dealership

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.
