Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

My 2023 Honda CR-V has been making rattling or knocking noises its very loud especially when at red lights and stop signs. It stops when I turn the air conditioner off. I took it back to the car dealership which is Gwinnett Place Honda here in Georgia and they didn’t find anything the first time because it stopped making noises by the time I got there. And on the second time I took it it was making noises they said maybe I need a compressor and they kept my car and gave me a loaner.

Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

I was here from CT to visit my mom in memory care. My driver’s side window fell into the door leaving me with a triangle of glass sticking out. Upon arrival, Renaldo, greeted me and talked to the supervisor who said it needed a part that they had to order and wouldn’t be ready today. I needed to drive home today for work tomorrow. As I was about to leave, Joe, walked out of the service garage and said “let me see what I can do”. 15 mins later my car came out and the window was fixed!! He said some bolts were loose and he was able to fix it! He’s my hero! I thought I was going to drive 3 hours back home with a broken window. I purchased a HRV last month from Hillside Honda. My sales person was Ahnaf. His non pushy quiet reserve was what I needed to ease me into the scary world of a solo senior woman entering a dealership to purchase a car. He made me feel comfortable and he was more than helpful in answering my questions about the mechanics and details of the car. No question was off limits to him nor did he hassle or push me to purchase the car on the spot. I had plans to visit other car dealerships in the area and Ahnaf graciously said he knew I’d return. A few other visits to nearby dealerships and test driving other cars, I returned to Hillside Honda to purchase my car. The day of my purchase, I had a few personal snags but Ahnaf patiently made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of while my issues were resolved.
