My first time at Crown Honda and I knew I was in the right place. I first called and spoke with Jean to set an appt to have flat tire checked. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, and a “real” person. The guys outside quickly came out to see how they could help and had me wait inside for an advisor. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my service advisor was assigned and calling me to discuss the reason for the service. Thomas Allen my service advisor was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He gave me a timeframe and what options I had once we found out the root cause. Coming from another dealership who recently had mgmt change leaving the service dept in disarray, I can’t tell you how happy to find a new home where it was evident they knew how to provide great service. Thanks to Thomas I will definitely be back.

Mr Kaleb showed us two cars that we liked. 2024 new Accord. very nice. Then he said we just got a new 2025 accord in today that I think you will like. He was correct. A welcoming environment and friendly, respectful and professional treatment is what I experienced on my first visit to Westshore Honda, located at 2522 N Dale Mabry Hwy, where I was impressed by the salesman Jeremy Rodriguez whose treatment went beyond the simple negotiation for the sale of a car, being kind, patient and attentive to my requirements and questions but also helped me solve a problem with the battery in the service department, where by the way I was also treated with courtesy and respect, achieving that the negotiation was to my complete satisfaction. Impossible to say less about the financial manager Mr. Jonathan Martinez whose role in the successful acquisition of the Honda Accord was decisive. His patience and versatility in finding solutions leave no doubt about his experience in good customer service achieving the financing of the car within the framework of my expectations.
