Buying a car at AutoNation Honda Costa Mesa was such a refreshing experience! Car shopping is usually stressful, especially when dealing with dealerships that aren?t upfront and try to sneak in extra fees. AutoNation was the complete opposite. Our salesman, Dave Anderson, gave us the out-the-door price right away, which made choosing the right vehicle so much easier. He was honest, transparent, patient, and kind?truly making the process enjoyable. The finance manager (I wish I remembered his name!) was also fantastic, and I appreciated that no one was pushy at any point. I?m so glad we chose this dealership and highly recommend them if you?re in the market for a car.

I had a great experience at Ocean Honda of Whittier. The salesman who worked with me, Fidel Moreno, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had great customer service and I felt that he always had my best interest in mind. I really appreciated that because the process of buying a new car is very stressful, and it really helps to have the salesperson by your side, looking out for you. He went the extra mile to make sure my whole car-buying experience was the best it could be. He made sure that I got all the things that were available to me. He even scheduled my first service appointment five months from now. I got complimentary maintenance for the first two years, roadside assistance, etc. After I told him that I was on a limited budget, he tried to get me the best deal he could, and he didn’t try to add-on extra things that would’ve benefitted him at my expense. He gave me good advice on what car decisions would be best for my finances. It was an outstanding experience and I recommend Ocean Honda and Fidel to anyone who’s thinking about buying a new car.

I left the service department feeling cared for and not violated. I know dealer repairs are more expensive than "Joe's" auto repair, but given the level of speed, customer service, convenience, and the superior team it is often worth a few extra bucks. As long as Hybrid is employed at Glendale Honda, you have this customer as well!

I took my car for an oil change and Haybert was my contact. He took my information and proceeded to have the oil change procedure done on my car. The oil change was completed in about 30 minutes, much less than the hour and a half I was told it would take.

I purchased a Honda from Weir Canyon in 2018 and had such a good experience that I always kept it in mind for my next car purchase. I came in last night to test drive the new Civic with Joe and was once again impressed by the sales staff here. There's absolutely no pressure from them to make a deal. Joe ran through his pitch, took everything I wanted into consideration and never made me feel intimidated or pressured to pull the trigger. After we made our deal, I worked with Eli on financing. I walked into his office reluctantly because financing is always the hard part of buying a car. Within seconds, Eli made me feel comfortable. He gave me excellent advice about what I might need and never tried to pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't want. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours and got a great deal. Most importantly, it was a great buying experience overall because I dealt with Joe and Eli. I don't plan to purchase another car anytime soon, but when the time comes I'll be back again and referring Weir Canyon to everyone in the meantime.

Nora was absolutely amazing! She helped us from the moment we arrived till we left. She had every answer to all my questions. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and just overall had a very uplifting personality and I think that?s what made me choose to do business with this dealership than others. We’d been shopping for a new car for about two weeks and finally decided on a Honda Accord. Most of the dealerships didn’t have the color we wanted. I called Jose at New Century Honda and they had the car available plus they beat the best offer we had received by over $400. When we arrived Jose was friendly and did everything he could to make the buying process painless—which it was (Thank you to the finance guy, Omar, for being informative, thorough and friendly!). Jose not only helped me set up my Apple Play, he told me I could call him with questions anytime. That level of customer service after you’ve already bought the car is unheard of. It was definitely a win-win situation!

I visited multiple Honda dealerships for written quotes, including a Costco Auto Program referral. When I visited New Century Glendale, I did not share the competitive quotes. New Century Sales Manager George Amezcua beat every quote by reasonable margins -- and a huge savings from the Costco referral quote. I purchased the car from George and called Costco to recommend they add New Century to its approved dealer list.
