A family member encouraged me to consider a Honda CR V, when I was looking to replace my American made SUV. Online I found a 2010, with one owner, a clean Carfax, 27 maintenance records for $13K at JL Freed Honda. It seems too good to be true. Exactly what I was hoping for really existed. Then my experience got even better. My salesman was Geoff Smith. His “how can I help you” style was a pleasure. I especially appreciated how he did not “let me get my manager” me. And didn’t waste my time lowballing me on my trade-in, unlike another dealership I was at in Quakertown. To top it all off..,Chris, in the detailing department, did an amazing job. The car sparkles! Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.

No cars but Nancy found me what we were looking for. She made buying a vehicle rather simple and quick once the vehicle arrived. Thank you for helping with a vehicle even when I was frustrated at the other dealers.

I Just want to give a huge shout out to The service center! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, they go out of there way to make you feel like you matter and that’s pretty rare these days. Everyone is great but I highly recommend Justin Goodreau he’s extremely knowledgeable, and he’s always going the extra mile to make you have great experience!

It was a very good experience. The Salesmen wear professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Presentations of options were low-key and not “pushy”. I subsequently encountered a service issue, and that was adressed in a very accommodating and efficient manner.

I came to Piazza Honda soon after buying my car used from another dealership. The other dealer, who shall remain anonymous, sold me an Insight that was burning oil to depletion every 200 miles. I did not know this until after the 30-day warranty had passed by two days! I came to Piazza because it's a local Honda dealer for me, and their service team helped me without reservations. Their managers and staff were wonderful toward ensuring that my car would be taken care of, despite the fact that I had purchased my car outside their dealership. Piazza rebuilt my engine and the car has been running great almost 4 months later! I will be coming to Piazza for future oil changes and routine maintenance. Excellent experience from start to finish! We've always been a Honda family. Daughter purchased a CR-V as a 1st responder during the pandemic and loved Nancy Juhasz, salesperson. I was looking to purchase a Passport and called Nancy. She knew the car inside and out, answered all our questions and worked efficiently to get us what we were looking for.
