Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

This is the second time I buy a car from this dealer. This time I traded my CRV 2017 to get an Oddyssey 2019. Again, Dan Daley took me thru the process in an aswesome way starting with the test drive, explaining all the awesome features of the new car, possible financing options, until the end of the transaction. What a great car! I was originally going to get a CR-V but realized I did not really need that much room so I decided to drop down to an HR-V but then get the highest trim level with all the bells and whistles. So now I have all the great comfort and sensors and top infotainment and still paying less than the CR-V. The drive is very smooth and easy to handle. The only "issue" is that it does not accelerate from a stop very quickly but then again I did not buy this to have a race car. And I just need to get used to this being a bigger car than my previous Fit so the gas mileage is not that great. Anyway, If you are looking for the small end of an SUV, this is definitely a car you should focus on.

I came to Piazza Honda soon after buying my car used from another dealership. The other dealer, who shall remain anonymous, sold me an Insight that was burning oil to depletion every 200 miles. I did not know this until after the 30-day warranty had passed by two days! I came to Piazza because it's a local Honda dealer for me, and their service team helped me without reservations. Their managers and staff were wonderful toward ensuring that my car would be taken care of, despite the fact that I had purchased my car outside their dealership. Piazza rebuilt my engine and the car has been running great almost 4 months later! I will be coming to Piazza for future oil changes and routine maintenance. This small SUV gives a lot of bang for the buck. For my driving this car has plenty of power. I don't know whether the others who say it is under powered are trying to run in the Indy 500 or what, but for every day driving as well as on the interstate it has more than enough power. The only negative for me is I got the LX model and it is not satellite radio compatible. This is for one purpose and that is to get the customer to spend more to get the more expensive model. If I were Sirius I would tell auto makers that they either offer satellite radio in all models or they don't get it for any of their models. The HR-V gets great gas milage and has a ton of safety features. I love the HR-V!

No cars but Nancy found me what we were looking for. She made buying a vehicle rather simple and quick once the vehicle arrived. Thank you for helping with a vehicle even when I was frustrated at the other dealers.

I had my car inspected today 10/24/25 and had an “Awesome” experience with Chris Wisler who was my service advisor. I pulled up to Scott Honda and was initially greeted by “Joe Fontone” as it always nice to see him, chat and enjoy his ‘“Amazing” personality. I then pulled into the service area to be greeted by Chris Wisler who asked me if I had any questions or concerns regarding my vehicle before it was taken back for the PA state inspection. I reviewed three things that he was aware of from my service request submitted online and then he checked back in with me shortly after to let me know my vehicle looked “Great” and to make me aware of my break pads that would need to be replaced by my next oil change. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and had me in and out of the dealership so that I could get onto the rest of my appointments I had for the day. Thank You Chris for the V.I.P. Treatment today and making my experience an “EPIC” one.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

I purchased a 3 year old Jeep Renegade from AutoLenders. They were great to work with, and I am very pleased with the condition of the Jeep. It is super clean on the inside, and looks new on the outside. I will certainly use them again if I need another vehicle.

Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

I was looking to purchase a Passport and called Nancy. She knew the car inside and out, answered all our questions and worked efficiently to get us what we were looking for. The 2023 Honda HR-V is a premier choice for an entry level SUV. While the market has these going, on average, for above MSRP, these still are well worth the price. MPGs are stellar, currently at above 27MPGs in my 2023 Honda HR-V LX AWD. The AWD system is phenomenal, especially in Snow mode during poor weather conditions. Exterior styling is easily the best in its class. Downsides for the LX are the lack of BSW (which should be standard at this point), no heated seats, and no backseat amenities (across all trims). The sound system is subpar at best, albeit the Apple CarPlay system is incredibly smooth to operate. No wireless Apple CarPlay in the base model (EX-L only). Storage is made easy with the fold-down seats at the push of a button. My favorite functionality part about the interior is the spacious storage compartment located underneath the trunk mat. Handling on the roads overall is great and road noise is quiet, but hard accelerations (highway merging) will lightly shake the car with a loud roar. I recommend from my findings to shift to Sport mode when making high leverage merging for a more reliable acceleration. 4,000 miles in, I can say with confidence that I recommend the 2023 Honda HR-V for your next vehicle purchase!

So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before

Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!
