Didn't know much about this car until i got it. Car is good, economical , looks good. Didn't see much of them on the roads a year ago, but there are many of them now. This shows its gaining popularity.

I was here from CT to visit my mom in memory care. My driver’s side window fell into the door leaving me with a triangle of glass sticking out. Upon arrival, Renaldo, greeted me and talked to the supervisor who said it needed a part that they had to order and wouldn’t be ready today. I needed to drive home today for work tomorrow. As I was about to leave, Joe, walked out of the service garage and said “let me see what I can do”. 15 mins later my car came out and the window was fixed!! He said some bolts were loose and he was able to fix it! He’s my hero! I thought I was going to drive 3 hours back home with a broken window. Thank you to North Shore Honda in Glen Head (my hometown), Renaldo for his kindness and especially to Joe for stopping me from leaving and going above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much!! What a great car! I was originally going to get a CR-V but realized I did not really need that much room so I decided to drop down to an HR-V but then get the highest trim level with all the bells and whistles. So now I have all the great comfort and sensors and top infotainment and still paying less than the CR-V. The drive is very smooth and easy to handle. The only "issue" is that it does not accelerate from a stop very quickly but then again I did not buy this to have a race car. And I just need to get used to this being a bigger car than my previous Fit so the gas mileage is not that great. Anyway, If you are looking for the small end of an SUV, this is definitely a car you should focus on.

What an amazing dealership!!!! We recently purchased a new 2025 Tulluride from this dealership and could not be happier with the overall experience. From the moment we walked in to the dealership we were greeted by the manager, Karim with a warm welcome and smiling face. It just got better from there..... Our sales consultant, Johann was the best!!!!! He helped us choose the perfect vehicle based on our package needs ( i.e: vehicle equipment) and explained in detail the features of the vehicle and how to use them. Once we settled on the perfect vehicle for us, we were given an honest and totally transparent out the door cost of the vehicle. Everything was itemized and provided to us upfront without guesswork. We were even told of the special Kia financing deals currently offered and all the manufacturer incentives available. Wow, amazing!!!!! Our only thing next to do was to meet with the wonderful finance manager, Lawrence and sign the deal. Lawrence was awesome too!!!! He explained to us the manufacture warranty on the vehicle and provided us with a few additional options that may be of benefit to us. When all was said and done, everything went great!!!! We got the perfect vehicle, at the price we agreed upon with no hidden fees and the exact monthly payment expected. If we could give Generation Kia a 100 star review we would gladly do so. This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before

This small SUV gives a lot of bang for the buck. For my driving this car has plenty of power. I don't know whether the others who say it is under powered are trying to run in the Indy 500 or what, but for every day driving as well as on the interstate it has more than enough power. The only negative for me is I got the LX model and it is not satellite radio compatible. This is for one purpose and that is to get the customer to spend more to get the more expensive model. If I were Sirius I would tell auto makers that they either offer satellite radio in all models or they don't get it for any of their models. The HR-V gets great gas milage and has a ton of safety features. I love the HR-V!

The 2023 Honda HR-V is a premier choice for an entry level SUV. While the market has these going, on average, for above MSRP, these still are well worth the price. MPGs are stellar, currently at above 27MPGs in my 2023 Honda HR-V LX AWD. The AWD system is phenomenal, especially in Snow mode during poor weather conditions. Exterior styling is easily the best in its class. Downsides for the LX are the lack of BSW (which should be standard at this point), no heated seats, and no backseat amenities (across all trims). The sound system is subpar at best, albeit the Apple CarPlay system is incredibly smooth to operate. No wireless Apple CarPlay in the base model (EX-L only). Storage is made easy with the fold-down seats at the push of a button. My favorite functionality part about the interior is the spacious storage compartment located underneath the trunk mat. Handling on the roads overall is great and road noise is quiet, but hard accelerations (highway merging) will lightly shake the car with a loud roar. I recommend from my findings to shift to Sport mode when making high leverage merging for a more reliable acceleration. 4,000 miles in, I can say with confidence that I recommend the 2023 Honda HR-V for your next vehicle purchase!

I chose the HR-V because it was small enough to fit down my driveway but was still an suv. The car is great but it doesn't have the features of my RAV-4. However, the new car, in the Sport model, has the updated features I wanted including navigation/Apple Car Play/Android Auto. The add ons by the dealer were not worth it and were ridiculously expensive.

I have had my 2021 HR-V for a little over two years and not had one problem until recently. I was driving and had a SRS warning light come on. Found out it is in the passenger side frame. I purchased an extended warranty so I’m hoping that it is covered.I’m just wondering if this is a problem with other HR-Vs. Could you please check. Thanks

I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

My check engine light came on and they had the part in stock so I was able to have the issue rectified immediately. Also had an oil change & tire rotation done while I was there. The technician kept my car nice and clean, and Courtney was great explaining everything to me. Great service!

Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.
