Received a fair, generous trade-in value for my perfect condition 2020 Civic. Chris in finance was very helpful as well. Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.
