An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Gavyn Okeefe is very courteous, kind and patient. He took the time to understand what we wanted in a car and delivered exactly that. He was very polite during our meeting and efficient, he did not waste any time, which we found refreshing as sometimes the sales process can be tedious.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

After shopping around for a CR-V Hybrid we had a wonderful experience at DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown NJ. Ron Marino gave us the best deal by far with no hassles or hidden costs. Paul Morrison the Business Manager pleasantly walked us through all the paperwork in easy to understand language. Just picked up my 2026 Honda HR-V from Kevin K at Paragon Honda and OMG I’m still buzzing!! 🚀 I walked in kinda nervous (first time buying solo), but Kevin was like “relax, I got you” and turned the whole thing into a total blast. Luis Quiero was very attentive and was not aggressive. He was genuinely interested in knowing about our needs for a new vehicle. He was very respectful and accommodating. The sales manager, Jayson, and the finance manager who handled our purchase were equally respectful and accommodating. Not only were they professional, but they continue in the Paragon Honda's tradition of treating every customer like family. After leasing a 2026 Odyssey EX-L, we ended up referring my wife's cousin to Luis. They ended up trading in their Subaru for a 2026 Odyssey Sport. They were also impressed with the level of service, attention, and care that they received. Paragon Honda gained a new customer in them.

Everything about this dealership was wonderful, mostly because of our salesman Anthony! He helped my daughter choose a specific model year and color. He selected all the available cars and told us the pros and cons of each. He was very patient as we took as much time as we needed to make our selection. He then brought all the vehicles out to us for demo drive. Anthony made the entire experience very enjoyable. We will go back to him and this dealership with our future purchase and would highly recommend seeing Anthony first!

I didnt make an appointment but it was no problem for them to get me with someone immediately. I met with Angel and told him of the car that I was interested in and we went for a test drive after asking a couple of questions about the car as well as the financing. My father in law asked questions I didnt think to ask when I got back and we went through the process of obtaining the 2021 Nissan Versa. As I wanted to drive it that day, I also went through the process of obtaining insurance for it, which I was told was okay from Angel. Both the application for insurance and the loan took about equal time but after two or three hours, I drove the car I wanted home with no problems and a happy customer

Thanks to Bill Walsh who managed to get the car detailed the night before and get me in and out before noon on a Saturday. I love it!
