Ray Williams is THE man. One email is all it took and he responded right away to accept my offer for a used car on the lot. There was no pressure once I stepped on the lot with the family. We test drove the car to make sure everything checked out and when it did, the same deal we had agreed upon over email was on the table. No games, no stress, no back and forth to a manager, just real results and a easy smooth seamless transaction. The finance manager, John Pomroy, was just as friendly and very helpful. Ended up getting the extended warranty as peace of mind, but there was never any pressure to get it, just that it would be my decision alone. Good on time service and nice facilities, bought 2025 CR-V hybrid sport a year ago and traded in my old Honda civic, overall great purchase experience, good Honda financing options, online discounts and shop on specific VIN before going into dealer for test drive.
