Bradley was exceptionally attentive when we came in for a new battery as ours died in a parking lot while in No. Olmsted. Once we had it jumped by AAA, we went immediately to Honda in Middleburg Hts. OH, where Bradley was working and he immediately assisted us.

Very clean, impressive new facility. While not a lot of vehicles in showroom, outside inventory is impressive, and Brian, our sales agent spent time and energy showing us around, and making sure we were happy with our choice. Later, Brian made sure we were familiar with controls and technology, and answered all questions. The price was in ballpark as expected. Final processing and haggling w business individual was tedious (my only gripe). We are pleased with our new vehicle.

I just had the most amazing experience with Classic Honda of Streetsboro. My sales rep, Carl Jones, was the most customer friendly, helpful, and low pressure salesperson I've ever dealt with. He went above and beyond in every aspect of our transaction. And he wasn't alone.
