Everything about this dealership was wonderful, mostly because of our salesman Anthony! He helped my daughter choose a specific model year and color. He selected all the available cars and told us the pros and cons of each. He was very patient as we took as much time as we needed to make our selection. He then brought all the vehicles out to us for demo drive. Anthony made the entire experience very enjoyable. Luis Quiero was very attentive and was not aggressive. He was genuinely interested in knowing about our needs for a new vehicle. He was very respectful and accommodating. After leasing a 2026 Odyssey EX-L, we ended up referring my wife's cousin to Luis. They ended up trading in their Subaru for a 2026 Odyssey Sport. A great buying experience here for a used, certified 2015 Civic. my sales agent was easy going, no pressure. Plenty of info on the vehicle history, negotiating was painless, and none of the good-guy/bad-guy tactics to drive up the price. Also did not have to endure the "my manager wants to meet you" crap. This was the quickest and most painless car buying experience I've had to date. I highly recommend Cory in the pre-owned sales office, and I've heard good things about Joe on the new sales side as well.

Started off by turning in my 2016 Accord Sport. After going over all options ended up leasing another 2020 Accord Sport. Had such great service provided from sales to finance ended up coming back two days later and leasing a Civic Sport for my daughter. My wife already has a Pilot Ex-L. This will make our twelfth Honda purchase since moving in the area, all from Joyce Honda. Always top notch service provided. This time for sales we used Joe San Roman. Joe always provides 5 star service and is always goes above and beyond to make a deal happen. We have used Joe in the past, And is always a pleasure to work with (Great job Joe). For finance we used two people who were also amazing to work with. They allowed us to make a smooth transition right through the whole purchasing process. First up Matt Stark provided top notch service, and went above and beyond and treated us like family throughout the whole purchasing process (Great Job Matt). Next up the finisher Steve Owusu. Steve also went above and beyond to make purchasing both vehicles smooth as can be.
