First attempt to purchase a vehicle was unsuccessful. Dealership's price of a vehicle was higher by $3000 because of add-ons that were not disclosed when inquired about price of the vehicle over internet and quoted price was not including the add-ons. After sharing experience with one of the managers, dealership agreed to remove unnecessary add-ons and agreeing on the price, returned to the dealership to complete the purchase. Buying experience went very smooth. No pressure to buy extras. Service was great. Just hope it would be done on the first attempt.

They look at your whole car to spot any issues which keeps your car on the road. They keep me informed and send photos. I really appreciate this. I met with Peter yesterday. From the very beginning, he was very inviting made me and my wife feel very comfortable. I had already known what I wanted to buy. Peter answered all our questions, but more importantly wasn?t pressuring for the sale which was very impressive, after the test drive, we sat down to crunch numbers. My wife and I were not happy with the first round of numbers. Peter reassured us. He was willing to work with us to get the payment that we wanted. After a couple of attempts and a lot of back-and-forth, he made good on his word to work with us and he made us very happy. More dealerships should hire men like Peter. He was very patient well informed and most of all did not make us feel pressured or uncomfortable during the whole process. We are extremely happy with our new car and will definitely be back in the future.
