I bought a Honda Pilot this past week, after weeks of visiting other dealerships. As a woman, I was fed up with the treatment from other dealerships. The service was good and I had a salesman who was also doing a good job. They gave me a muti factor check up and provided a detailed report.

I made an appointment online and checked in when Saturday came around. Oh yeah! They are open on Saturday! Early too. I think it?s 7am or something like that. They told me that they had a few cars in front of me and directed me to the lounge area. They had a few televisions to keep you from being bored. I put in my earbuds and doomscrolled for a while. They were pretty quick and finished earlier than estimated. The service advisor kept me updated along the way. When the car was ready she walked me through the process of what was done. She was really awesome!

I utilized TrueCar website in search of vehicle I wanted and received an offer from Lute Riley Honda. I arrived at the dealership and was directed to Sales Consultant Javed Tarafder. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He explained vehicle options in great detail. They honored the TrueCar price which was below their sales tag price. Finance Manager Christina Bernd was very pleasant and made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. This dealership was no pressure, informative, transparent, and did not try to pull any deceptive practices. There was no typical back and forth haggling over sales price and bouncing from salesman to sales manager to store manager. This was my third Honda purchase and my best purchase experience thusfar. If you are interested in a Honda purchase in the Dallas, TX area, then you should run to this dealership and snag a year end deal for yourself. Javed and Christina are assets to this dealership and should be commended. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again and trust my future vehicle service in their hands.
