Hi, hit a deer that did some significant damage to my vehicle at 1:30 AM on a Saturday. Later that day, I was driving off in a new two me car from Dova Honda. Best car shopping experience to date.

It all started with a phone call to your dealership and Barry answered the phone and from there we had an hour drive Barry had what we were looking for and held it for us he then turned us on to another car sales man in sorry I lost his card but he was great as well. I would for sure recommend this dealership. We bought a new car and felt satisfied with all that worked with us to get it done. Thank you all.

After my test drive there was no pressure to immediately purchase, unlike other dealerships I visited. Returned to make the purchase the following week after checking other options. Had a communication issue about the agreed price. My salesman Ed, Finance rep Jameel and management corrected the situation. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Brought my 22 HRV to diagnose a loud rattle, tire rotation, and oil change. Grappone service technicians did a thorough assessment and found the problem quickly. They also ensured everything else was in working order. The repairs and regular maintenance performed were excellent. Communication and customer interaction are delivered with respect and kindness. I find the staff their great to work with my repair needs. Jeff Post, a service writer, is very attentive to my repair needs and does not sell me on repairs not needed. The techs are very knowledgeable and I appreciate the videos they send of my car showing me what needs to be repaired.

Best buying experience I have had. From initial contact to set up an appointment to driving off the lot with a new Ridgeline just 3 hours later everyone was helpful, friendly and focused on our needs. Our salesman Richard was patient and covered even the small details well (like helping removing stickers from our old vehicle!).

Evy hit me up and said steve I can get you into something better wasnt really interested in getting another vehicle but what she was saying made sense she introduced me to Carlos and he took it to the next level now driving a 2026 crv from a 2018 Carlos had the vehicle in the front of the dealership waiting took the plates off and I was all set definitely recommended Honda north even the service crew and awesome shout out to Kimberly too sweet heart 💯💯
