It was about November 11 and my service rep was Mr. Kalon Smith. Actually I am ready to crown him Mr. Hennessy Honda of Woodstock. Safe to say, I felt as though he is looking out for me in spite of the fact that he works for the dealership! He pulled rabbits out of the hat/invoice that amazed this senior citizen. Overall a nice easy transaction. No pressure or haggling. The only reason I gave 3 on facilities was they were days away from finishing a building upgrade. I?m sure it?s finished now and perfect.

My service was great. My service advisor (can't remember his name) was professional, helpful and explained what service my car was going to receive. He also suggested recommendations for my car based on the mileage. I needed a ride home and he provided me a courtesy ride that was ready to depart the dealership and I didn't have to wait long for this ride. Which was very important that morning because I had an appointment at my home. The only thing I didn't like was having to go back to the service advisor to received my military discount. The cashier's cage should be able to make the needed adjustments at the window when your military ID is provided. My other vehicle is not a Honda and that is how that dealership handles military discount. But overall everyone I encountered was respectful, professional, and addressed all my questions and concerns.

Was very satisfied with the ease of purchasing a new car. Kenny cho was very helpful . I was very pleased with the service dept and the time I had to wait was minimal I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Andre has always gone above and beyond each time that I have purchased a car from this dealership. His attention to details has to be the most significant part of his business. He is the kind of salesman that most people would be willing to work with. He has the ability to understand what a person?s needs are and in that process, he remains meticulously prepared to met a customer?s needs. More importantly, he knows his business and is willing to work with his customers to provide them with the most valuable information necessary to purchase a vehicle.
