No games, no stress, no back and forth to a manager, just real results and a easy smooth seamless transaction. The finance manager, John Pomroy, was just as friendly and very helpful. Ended up getting the extended warranty as peace of mind, but there was never any pressure to get it, just that it would be my decision alone. Once I left John's office, Ray was waiting with the car full of gas and detailed. I really appreciate how easy Ray and John made the whole experience go, I felt like they valued me as a customer and I will definitely be back once my kids need a car in their teen years.
