It all started with a phone call to your dealership and Barry answered the phone and from there we had an hour drive Barry had what we were looking for and held it for us he then turned us on to another car sales man in sorry I lost his card but he was great as well. Brought my 22 HRV to diagnose a loud rattle, tire rotation, and oil change. Grappone service technicians did a thorough assessment and found the problem quickly. I find the staff their great to work with my repair needs. Jeff Post, a service writer, is very attentive to my repair needs and does not sell me on repairs not needed. The techs are very knowledgeable and I appreciate the videos they send of my car showing me what needs to be repaired.
