The care and concern for my daughter safety was of the utmost importance to me….. but was even so important to the guys that helped us. They cared about my daughter as if she was one of their own daughters!!! So sweet and kindhearted. I am so grateful to have had such an amazing group of guys to help us. Unfortunately, as a woman- I am constantly ripped off on car repairs and it’s so frustrating…. Bought used car from them. Best price I could find for used car. Front desk and sales rep were pleasant. Manager very nice, explained the internet rate , best he could do. Not sure that’s completely true, but regardless it was the best I could find anywhere, and getting older car with low mileage is hard to come by. He let us bring car to our mechanic before purchase. The only negative was 3 other people were buying cars at the same time, and took longer to finalize sale. Guess that’s GOOD though, as others trust them too!

I took our 2022 CRV-Hybrid in for a 30K mile check and was very pleased with the check-in process and thoroughness of the service performed. During routine maintenance its service technician found that the tires on the vehicle needed alignment, plus a couple of more things. All-in-all, I was very pleased with the experience.

Quickly took care of lots of concerns the very next day. Made me feel like I was a priority! Looking forward to years of good service.

I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord around August 2023, and within two months, the car locked up on me. I had to get it towed back to the dealership for inspection, and needless to say, I was not happy at all. This vehicle had just 13 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. The dealership looked it over and informed me that they needed to order a part to fix it. I was frustrated because I didn't want the same car I had just purchased, especially since it shouldn't have broken down so soon. I asked for a new vehicle, which was my main concern. My sales consultant, James Mathews, sat down with me to discuss the situation. He spoke with his supervisor and returned to let me know that everything would be taken care of. I must mention that he is a very respectful and helpful person. Honda of Cleveland took great care of me, and I ultimately received a new vehicle. On top of that, my payments and interest rates were lowered. From initial contact to set up an appointment to driving off the lot with a new Ridgeline just 3 hours later everyone was helpful, friendly and focused on our needs. We had an issue on a cross country road trip and Honda Greeley got us right in. They were able to get all the issues fixed same day and really went out of their to help us get back on the road asap.
