This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

I needed a part for my son's Honda Civic and Rob was extremely helpful, took his time and answered all my questions and got me exactly the right part in a few days. If I didn't have Rob helping me I'm sure the results would not have been the same.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. The car was plug in, so should be charged battery before my appointment. Thank you.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

We worked with Steve and ultimately Huey when purchasing a honda civic. The process was so smooth and easy. Steve made us feel so comfortable, it was a simple process, nothing was a problem, anything we asked they had the solution with no hiccups. Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.

We recently went to DCH Honda and the service was great. Not only was Daniil very patient and understanding but also he made the process much easier simpler and faster. Overall it was good experience and I will definitely recommend to others.

I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. I had the most exceptional experience with the team at Hillside Honda - Edwin Luzon and Eli Hartley - who were both supremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly couldn't have asked for a better deal or purchasing experience with them. They are an asset to the Hillside team. My phone calls were returned promptly, no request was too hard, and their service was top notch. Upon arriving to collect the car, Edwin professionally too me through the paperwork, dominated all the features of the car, and sent me on my way with helpful directions to get out of the city.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

I talked to several people but we could not come to terms on the financing. Because of the mileage the bank would only do so many months. They also required that I have a 2 year maintenance warranty and gap insurance which drove the car payment way over the amount I was willing to spend. I was pre-approved on financing so it's now up to the dealer to negotiate a price we can both feel good about.

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!

The van meets our needs. It looks and feels good when driving. Only issue are with some brakes that need repaired. We like the color (blue exterior/gray interior).

Dante was phenomenal from start to finish. The manager Russ introduced himself as well. The entire time felt relaxed and not pressured. Total opposite from previous dealerships I dealt with. I never really LOVE the vehicles I choose, but this one I truly love! I am very happy with my whole experience, they even filled my gas tank, a little gesture that goes a long way. This is the best family car I’ve owned. The kids have their own entertainment while I can listen to my own music. Accessing the third row is no problem as the seat in the middle is removable and the pilot seats slide to the side, making it easy to get to the third row even when the pilot seats have car seats. It’s a wonderful car!

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

2 Manny’s Auto Sales was the very best experience I ever have had with a car dealer, new or used. I bought a Chrysler 300C. It was immaculate when it was ready. It runs flawlessly. Absolutely everything works as intended. It had new tires and brakes as well as one part that tends to be a problem replaced – a $1000 repair. Done. Both of my personal mechanics looked it over and put it up on the rack. They went through it thoroughly and said it was the best used car they ever had seen. The staff is incredibly polite and patient. They are true professionals. If they can find me the same car as I just bought, I might very well trade in one of my current cars. We have had 2002, 2004, and now have 2010 and 2020 Odyssey vans.The Odyssey is extremely reliable. With proper maintenance will last in excess of 200,000 miles. We sold the 2004 at 230,000+ miles, and it was still running great. The 2010 we have is approaching 170,000 miles. We are two 80-year-olds; we just like having plenty of space to carry things.
