I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Ask for Carlos Rodriguez you won’t regret it ! As soon as we got to the dealership he made us feel comfortable I did not feel pressured or rushed . He made the process really smooth . He went above and beyond and successfully got the exact car I wanted . He is a very good communicator very knowledgeable always kept me updated and tried to help as much as possible . This is the best family car I’ve owned. The kids have their own entertainment while I can listen to my own music. Accessing the third row is no problem as the seat in the middle is removable and the pilot seats slide to the side, making it easy to get to the third row even when the pilot seats have car seats. It’s a wonderful car!

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Will was our salesperson and I would tell you hands down to just go straight to him. If they have the car you are looking for he will make sure you go home with it that day. Very personable and at no time did I doubt I would get the deal I needed.!

I recently had my 2014 Honda CRV in for service…a simple oil change. I did, however, ask them to check out a noise in the ignition when starting from a cold engine. We have leased several cars from Honda of Westport. We recently re-leased two cars. Civic Sport and HRV Sport. Both working with Omier, and he is awesome. We love the cars and working with Omier was great. It was more like having a friend help us as opposed to a sales person selling us something. Omier is kind, smart, friendly and had everything arranged for us. HE even goes the extra mile with putting a bow on the car and we took some fun pictures in front of of the dealer. I went in to Huntington Honda with a specific car in mind after seeing it online. Salesman Richard Delorantis met us at the door of their showroom and after a brief conversation very quickly handed over the key to the HR-V I wanted to take for a test drive. We ended up buying the car and getting our financing with our preferred lender through Huntington Honda and drove off with the car the same day. That was unexpected, and a pleasant surprise seeing as it was a Saturday. All in all, it was a surprisingly easy process. The hot chocolate and coffee we had while waiting for the paperwork to be done was appreciated as well!
