This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

I found the employees I interacted with were personable, knowledgeable, and able to conduct a transaction professionally and quickly.

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

Mike and the entire crew made the entire process quite simple! I was buying from out of state too, and they were still able to communicate well with me and make certain we had everything all set and good to go. Even after I had difficulties with my own credit union, they were able to work with me and get everything all sorted out. I found them through cars.com and the whole process was real easy. Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I will start with, if you live in Indianapolis, Indiana area, and want a Mini, you have to stop in and buy one from Presley. She was one of the best sales people I have worked with. Strong handshake and a big smile. And she knows the cars very well and will work with you to find what you like and will ask you questions that will make you think of thing you did not realize you wanted in a car. I came in two days ago after leasing a car from another place that was a very very bad experience. I spoke to her about the car I was looking at and said I needed to wait until the end of November when my lease of the other car was complete. She said ok and let me test drive the Mini Countryman. Great Car by the way and super lux inside to me. After she asked me more about what was going on and after the conversation she said ok here is my card and give me a call when you are ready. I went home and by the time I got home she sent me a text and said that she was working out a deal for me to get out of my bad situation and in the car I wanted. So she worked it out where they made me a deal that I could not refuse. It was a great deal and today, after thinking it over for one day, I was like I am going to buy a Mini. She made it where I was able to get the car I wanted and get out of the other car and did not do the car salesperson trick where you think you are getting a deal and is not. I actually got the deal she stated I would get. I do not have that feeling I normally get after buying a car. That feeling of (what did I just do???). And the paperwork process was quick. Asked me some information and sent a link to a secure site to start the credit application and stuff before getting there. I have to say that I was very pleased overall with the process of getting the car. This would be the only time that I have purchased a car and did not leave with a headache.

This car has met my family needs for 8 years. The next owner will be happy to purchase the car. It is a very good for family with kids.

2009 Odyssey EX. Bought used with 193k miles. Couldn't be more reliable. Great design inside and out. Excellent structural integrity. Everything works. Built solid. Hauls xxx. I average 23 mpg overall with the 244 HP 3.5 V6.

I purchased a car online without a test drive. I was sent video and all of my questions were answered. Car was shipped to my house as described. I purchased a beautiful 2017 Kia Cadenza Limited and I love it.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

I was a new grad and bought my first car (Toyota Corolla) from here.. The guys actually listened to my wants vs. needs and helped me find the most reliable option since I had a 2-hour daily commute to work. It has ran great for 3+ years and all i did was regular maintanence updates on it.. If you're having problems with a car (from here or anywhere...), there's a good chance it's more about how it's being taken care of than the car itself.. I made sure to do my research, speak with third-party mechanics about it before buying, and stayed true to upkeep with monthly checks. It goes a long way so you don't miss anything 6 months down the line that it was warning you about before. I recently sold it to upgrade to a larger car, but I'll always appreciate the guidance I got when making such an important first purchase. If you're looking for a dealership, that won't purposely sell you a horrible car, this is the place i felt most comfortable with after speaking with 10+ dealers.

if you want a car that will last for 200,000 miles and probably longer get a honda odyssey we have had 3 and only replaced tires, wipers, bulbs ,oil , batteries

We looked at all van brands before picking the Odyssey. We also test drove the Toyota and Kia vans. The main feature that sold us was the second row seating. With the middle section out the two outside captains seats can slide from side to side as well as forward and rearward. They are called Magic Seats and are great. We slide our grandkids to the middle in case of a side impact. We have had some recalls, but none of them caused use any problems before they were repaired. We would buy this van again now. We have had it since new and now 40 months and 36,500+ miles we are happy.

I needed to get a van in order to accommodate a lift for my mobility scooter. I have been very happy with this van in every way. It is comfortable, love the heated seats and the ride is very smooth. The only item I would change would to be to make the arm rest longer. That is honestly the only "complaint" I have! I've had this van since May of 2019. I made frequent 1,000 mile round trip drives to see my very elderly mother and never had a worry about the reliability of my vehicle. Very satisfied!

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.
