Very professional and welcoming sales staff, especially Maren, which is who I worked with. Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. The entire experience from start to finish was warm and welcoming. I felt appreciated and respected.

Comfortable ride, great performance for a vehicle of this size and plenty of space inside. The 9 speed transmission does a good job but can get finicky at times when deciding which gear to be in.

Simply the best. Getting it from Hondaa of Lincoln is pea e of mind. Rhe very good thing is that a got a ASSUTANXE contract for 8 years. The car will be repaired o ly by the Honda certified mechanics, as well as for oil change. This car is the best for all seasons, t drives nicelly in winter and it has more safety options.

Bought an off lease 2021 Passport EX-L with 29000 on the dial for my wife, we have researched vehicles of 6 months and test drove many. The very first mile in the passport and we both knew it was the perfect choice. While the Highlander, the CX-9 and Pilot were roomier my wife didn't like the extra size (personal choice) and didn't need the 3rd row. The CR-V was kind of ugly and was smaller but the passport was just right,. I don't like the push button shift and it can be listed as my only complaint. Slightly stiff ride but comfortable. Roomy and simple interior. 6 months in and my wife still comments on how she loves her car. If you do not need a 3rd row seat the Passport offers plenty of room and comfort while maintaining a size profile that is not intimidating in the parking lot. To say she's satisfied is an understatement.

With my Passport I got what I was looking for: Power, performance, cargo space, adécuate confort for passengers, good stereo with HD radio and capable to play my FLAC music files, not so expensive and an reliable car for retirement, meaning it will be my last buy. It is true the interior is not so fancy like other cars, but the most important is that I feel secure, confortable and ultimate enjoy driving my passport, love it.

I bought a used 2019 and have had it in the shop 3 times. Twice for radio issues and ended up with a new amplifier. Thank God I bought an extended warranty! Today a communication problem between the power train module and the transmission module left me stranded at a light!! 3rd time in - getting a software update that hopefully will fix the problem. This Honda owner is not particularly happy right now.

We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. I had been hunting a specific model for a long time, waiting out pandemic-era prices and high interest rates. Honda started posting some fantastic deals and I compared across dealerships, finding that Pohanka of Fredericksburg offered promotional 48 month financing while other topped out at 36 months. Even though we are an hour away, we made the trip. I reached out online and came in. We had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Cash. Great name, even better service. I did a lot of research on sales techniques and while Nicholas definitely asked “what kind of budget” I wanted, he was totally fine when I told him I was looking for overall value (and dodged his questions as I learned to do!). Nicholas was extremely knowledgeable about the trims and also models—presenting a few things that would be less expensive with similar size/features. He was also flexible to show us the different trims—it was low pressure and helped assure there would be no surprises or disappointments. Working with Nick was easy, negotiating the final deal with the manager took limited rounds of back and forth. Working with the finance manager, Sabrina, was very easy and again, no pressure with the final round of “would you like these add ons.” She was very clear and helped get us out quickly while thoroughly explaining everything. When it was time to “move” Nick provided complimentary canvas bags, offered his assistance, and had the new vehicle parked next to the trade in to make it easy to load back up. My only complaint is that it did take a long time from in to out—there are definitely process efficiencies that could be introduced. If I could do it again, I’d bring snacks. To be fair, Nicholas did offer to grab us something while we were waiting to sign the final paperwork (we had already agreed so there wasn’t really incentive to go out of his way, haha). Finally, I do want to highlight that I got a great deal on a newly released vehicle—as confirmed by internet strangers, who we know are more honest than we would like them to be! I strongly recommend Nicholas and would definitely make the trip out to Pohanka again.

I will say, the staff with Sheehy went the extra mile for us buying our daughter a car. It was a lengthy drive that I made them aware of first off so they knew my time was important. They did a great job helping us out and making the deal work for us, even to the point of delivering the car to us, which was a huge load off our shoulders being nearly 4 hrs away. Our daughter loves the car and I will make sure to check with them again for future needs.
