New and used 2026 Honda Passport for sale near Carlsbad, CA

Absolutely loved our experience at Honda of Escondido. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, correct and the whole thing was effortless! Very satisfied and recommend this place for all your car needs!

Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!

Bottom line is… they actually care about the customer experience & not focused on JUST selling a car. After a disastrous experience at Kia, Honda restored my faith in today’s car salesman. I am very appreciative of their kindness and their patience. Buying a car isn’t always something we as customers are prepared to do and sometimes it’s due to a stressful reason and they were very kind and understanding. I’d give them 10 stars if I could ✌🏼💙

After 3-weeks of driving my 2026 Passport Trailsport, I have thoughts: Love the box exterior and beefy tires. Wife and I appreciate the splash of cloth on the doors, seats, and below the dash----keeps things interesting! Love the panoramic sunroof. Compared to my Jeep Gladiator, the smooth ride is amazing, as is the quiet cabin. Stock 9 speaker sound system is pretty decent, but will upgrade soon as I like to rock. Wish it had the Sirius app (but carplay works great). The V-6 has nice power and even a bit of growl. So far, really enjoying the redesigned Passport.

All I can say is thank you and God bless you for what you do for your customers. You listen to their needs, and I just want to say thank you again for everything that you have done. You don't know how much this means to me losing everything in the Altadena fire.

My Honda Passport is extremely comfortable and roomy inside Lots of driver tech aids (Trailsport Elite trim) and is great on and off road This is a great vehicle for long trips

It's very rare to find a dealership that will not try to rip you off or forces you to go back and forth with negotiating. Bob Matson and the sales team were phenomenal and they made the car leasing process so easy. I reached out to Bob with all the details on exactly what I wanted, my credit history, lease terms and he sent me a list of inventory and their pricing. Their pricing was close to the advertised offers from Honda, something that no other dealer that I reached out to in the San Diego/Riverside area came close, and half of them wanted me to go in person to negotiate. Poway Honda was the exception, we had agreed on the pricing, I showed up, saw the car, filed a credit report form, and a few minutes later I was signing the rest of the paperwork and on my way out. I recently purchased a 2023 Accord EX and had assistance from Martin and Evan. Both of them were extremely helpful and negotiating the price was painless. I've seen a few negative reviews about bait-n-switch tactics and pressure on purchasing extended warranties. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. The ability to negotiate is a powerful tool and both Martin and Evan were very respectful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely continue doing business with them in the future!

Dealership a little slow on responding to a meeting although the personnel were very personable when we met. I just wish they had pointed out that the car did not have adaptive cruise control or heads up display which evidently came with the upgraded version.
