The staff was friendly and attentive from the minute I arrived (before my scheduled time) to the moment I drove away. The service department kept me apprised of the repair throughout - including bring me to the repair bay to directly speak to the serviceman. It was one of the best experiences I?ve had with car service. I love Grappone!!

The place is clean. There is a food stand, coffee and water. A man from Honda came around asking everyone if they would like a bottle of water. Even the customers are nice, when you are waiting.
