I purchased the Black Edition and I love it. I like: the auto adjust front seats, heated seats and steering wheel, the quite ride, smooth ride, the 9 speed transmission, the sound it makes when I push on the acceleration, great excelleration (especially when the Echo mode is off). The only thing that would make it perfect is better gas mileage.

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Had to be the easiest and fastest vehicle purchases I have ever done. Completely satisfied, and happy I chose to do business at Joyce Koons GMC. The service advisor, David Dyson, made the entire experience effortless. I was able to make an appointment the same day I called. I informed David what I was experiencing with my vehicle and that I would wait for it. He ensured me that the repair would take an hour and sure enough, it did.

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

I had the best experience buying a 2025 Nissan Frontier this week. My sales person was Eddie Florence and my finance person was Robert Barrow. First, let me say I was very pleased to see such a multi-ethnic staff at Safford. I feel it's a very genuine reflection of the Northern Virginia region. Eddie warmly greeted me a few minutes after I entered the showroom and asked how he might be able to assist. Eddie's best attribute is that he is a "people person" and is able to work with many different personality types - as my girlfriend and I are polar opposites, but he was able to talk to both of us with ease, warmth and kindness - which lasted throughout the entire process. Eddie is tall, and had to sit sideways in the back row of the Frontier while on the test drive, but didn't complain one bit. He took everything in stride. He answered a million questions from both my girlfriend and me, without ever tiring or getting irritated. He was always attentive, kind, knowledgeable and committed to our satisfaction. I CANNOT say enough about this exceptional salesman. He is a pleasure to work with and by the end, we felt a business transaction turned into a friendship. Robert got us through the financing end of things quickly and stayed well past 9 p.m. to accommodate us. He has deep knowledge of not only the finance department, but sales and the auto industry as a whole given his years in the industry. We felt we could trust what he said and recommended because he was credible, articulate and so thoroughly acquainted with the ins and outs of the finance process. When we returned to get a bedliner added to our new truck, both Eddie and Robert greeted us warmly and talked with us for several minutes. This is my third Nissan - I had a Sentra and Altima before stepping up to buy my new Frontier. Out of all three buying experiences, this one was my best - because of the care and concern the staff took with us. After owning 2 CRV’s I decided to go with something larger. I’d initially been considering the Pilot, but I didn’t want or need the third row of seats. I’ve had my 2022 Passport for exactly a year now, and I love it. It makes me happy every time I get behind the wheel. For the size of the vehicle the gas mileage isn’t bad; I’m averaging 15-18mpg city and 23-27mpg highway. It handles well and is very comfortable. I’m not a fan if the idle stop, but that seems to be standard on many vehicles now. I’ve become accustomed to turning it off immediately, so it’s not a problem.

In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. 2022 Passport only has 900 miles on it. Been driving for over 60 years and will say this vehicle is one of the more difficult ones to drive -- the long hood really makes it impossible to tell where the right front fender is when parking. I have a great feel of a vehicle while driving and can say that the Passport does not offer that feeling. Will say that Honda quality for final inspections is sloppy as the Passport came with all 4 wheels unbalanced. Passport is also a very low seller for a variety of reasons. Given all that, it's still a good vehicle that takes time to warm up to.

I lived my experience at sheehy Honda my sale member was Nicolas his is a great sales man he was kind polite and very respectful I had almost all my kids with me they were very active to say and he helped me with them he gave them papers to draw on and was very patient with me he answered all my questions and helped me with my car he sold me a very nice 2014 Honda odyssey with 66,000 miles I really like my car!!! Also all the staff was very kind and patient with me and the children over all it was a great experience I drove down from Baltimore Md and I was able to take the new car home and leave the car I came with and pick It up the next day they are very helpful as of now I have brought it there for maintenance that process as been great so far thank you sheehy Honda for my new Honda odyssey and Nicolas for such a great experience!!

Simply the best. Getting it from Hondaa of Lincoln is pea e of mind. Rhe very good thing is that a got a ASSUTANXE contract for 8 years. The car will be repaired o ly by the Honda certified mechanics, as well as for oil change. This car is the best for all seasons, t drives nicelly in winter and it has more safety options.

Love this vehicle with the exception of the automatic idle shut off. Seems to me it would put added wear and tear on the starter in addition to using more fuel starting the engine every time you stop. You have to remember to hit the off button every time you start the car. Cruise control jerks a bit while going downhill also. Great comfort, very quiet, easy to get in and out of and roomy.

The Passport lives up to the reviews of a comfy ride, spacious interior and smooth engine. The styling is surprisingly distinctive despite being a chopped off Pilot. Biggest ding is the tech. The touchscreen and functions are slow and glitchy. No compass, and to play music off your phone, you have to connect by cable. And the backup camera does not give you warning beeps when you get close to something. The cross traffic warning, however, is nice. The more expensive exterior colors are sharp if you don't mind the added charge.

Might be too soon to review. Only have 500 miles on it. I really do like it. I have previously had 2 CRV's with a much smaller engine and they were much quicker to accelerate and naturally got far better gas mileage. In Sport mode it is very quick even with "echo" on. I have been getting 17 to 19 mpg. Maybe it will improve in time. It is very comfortable and has great safety features. My biggest complaint is with the very low sound with the turn-signals. (CRV's were equally TOO quiet). I can't imagine why Honda doesn't improve the sound. I've adjust sound level to the highest level and with the radio on, I can't hear that the turn signals didn't shut off when making a turn. I checked the internet and found that lots of customers complain about this with Honda's. I asked the dealer service dept if there was a work around and they said it has come up from time to time and no solution available. The service manager said he drives a VW and the turn signals are much louder. My wife's KIA Laporte 's turn signals are 10 times louder than the Passport (Trailsport) Not a dealbreaker...just annoying.

Bought an off lease 2021 Passport EX-L with 29000 on the dial for my wife, we have researched vehicles of 6 months and test drove many. The very first mile in the passport and we both knew it was the perfect choice. While the Highlander, the CX-9 and Pilot were roomier my wife didn't like the extra size (personal choice) and didn't need the 3rd row. The CR-V was kind of ugly and was smaller but the passport was just right,. I don't like the push button shift and it can be listed as my only complaint. Slightly stiff ride but comfortable. Roomy and simple interior. 6 months in and my wife still comments on how she loves her car. If you do not need a 3rd row seat the Passport offers plenty of room and comfort while maintaining a size profile that is not intimidating in the parking lot. To say she's satisfied is an understatement.

We have now purchased 5 vehicles from Sport Honda, every time we are more impressed with our experience. They always seem to have the most competitive prices, a great selection and just super easy to work with. We have always been treated like family members, not as just another sale like most dealers. At this point there is just no need to even shop around, we save so much time and hassle to just go right to Sport. One thing that we have noticed that makes us really feel comfortable at Sport is there is no high pressure sales tactics, they just lay everything out and let you make your decision. We have a few other Honda dealers that are closer to us, but it is well worth a few extra miles to work with Sport. GREAT JOB SPORT HONDA, YOU NEVER DISSAPOINT US.

I’ve only had the 2023 Honda Passport Trailsport for a brief time but have found it to be a great vehicle. The V6 engine delivers excellent acceleration with its 280hp and it sounds great. A real step up from most competitors in this class that use 4 cylinder turbocharged engines. Now the mpg is not as strong, but I have averaged 19/26 which is quite good for a vehicle this size. It uses regular unleaded which is also a money saver. Love how the Trailsport drives, good handling, smooth, yet you don’t feel like you are behind the wheel of a minivan or a car. Feels powerful with great visibility like a truck. The interior room is great, unmatched in the class. Tons of legroom in the second row of seats and the back has lots of space. The vehicle comes with all the usual technology, including safety items, but Honda has kept it simple and intuitive to use. If in the market for a mid size suv, the passport is a hidden gem that flies a bit under the radar.

My credit was to low but the person that tried to help me was very nice. I'm still trying to buy that Cadillac DTS 2008. Thank You Motor World.
