After 3-weeks of driving my 2026 Passport Trailsport, I have thoughts: Love the box exterior and beefy tires. Wife and I appreciate the splash of cloth on the doors, seats, and below the dash----keeps things interesting! Love the panoramic sunroof. Compared to my Jeep Gladiator, the smooth ride is amazing, as is the quiet cabin. Stock 9 speaker sound system is pretty decent, but will upgrade soon as I like to rock. Wish it had the Sirius app (but carplay works great). The V-6 has nice power and even a bit of growl. So far, really enjoying the redesigned Passport.

Brought my car in for service Kenny was especially helpful. Everyone was polite and friendly.

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

This dealership was honest and helpful, but we did not purchase a car here because they would not accept a PFFCU AutoDraft. They insisted on providing their own financing, or would accept a down payment and a cashier's check from the credit union.

Davis Honda staff are very friendly, helpful, and most importantly not pushy. I bought a 2025 HRV Ex-L from Justin Cartwright I chose him from all the reviews I read prior to entering this dealership. He was just as the ratings reported. After owning 2 CRV’s I decided to go with something larger. I’d initially been considering the Pilot, but I didn’t want or need the third row of seats. I’ve had my 2022 Passport for exactly a year now, and I love it. It makes me happy every time I get behind the wheel. For the size of the vehicle the gas mileage isn’t bad; I’m averaging 15-18mpg city and 23-27mpg highway. It handles well and is very comfortable. I’m not a fan if the idle stop, but that seems to be standard on many vehicles now. I’ve become accustomed to turning it off immediately, so it’s not a problem.

Comfortable ride, great performance for a vehicle of this size and plenty of space inside. The 9 speed transmission does a good job but can get finicky at times when deciding which gear to be in.

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

this car is everything I was looking for. Power, comfort, ride and crash security. I love the responsive steering and the cars look. It gets a lot of attention due to body stile. Used in our first winter snow this year it handled it with no problems.

I worked with 2 salespeople over the past few weeks while trying to narrow down our choices. I cannot say enough good things about Manny and Anthony. 2022 Passport only has 900 miles on it. Been driving for over 60 years and will say this vehicle is one of the more difficult ones to drive -- the long hood really makes it impossible to tell where the right front fender is when parking. I have a great feel of a vehicle while driving and can say that the Passport does not offer that feeling. Will say that Honda quality for final inspections is sloppy as the Passport came with all 4 wheels unbalanced. Passport is also a very low seller for a variety of reasons. Given all that, it's still a good vehicle that takes time to warm up to.

I Love My Passport! It runs great, and is very good Off Road with it's AWD! However, I think it, like many other new cars are overpriced today by about $10k

Love this vehicle with the exception of the automatic idle shut off. Seems to me it would put added wear and tear on the starter in addition to using more fuel starting the engine every time you stop. You have to remember to hit the off button every time you start the car. Cruise control jerks a bit while going downhill also. Great comfort, very quiet, easy to get in and out of and roomy.

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

The car will be repaired o ly by the Honda certified mechanics, as well as for oil change. This car is the best for all seasons, t drives nicelly in winter and it has more safety options.

Very roomy im a tall and active women and its perfect legroom and truck space for my bike and equipment. I coach youth girls basketball so once convid is over 7 can definitely drive the teams safely and in style. NO MORE UBERS

Bought an off lease 2021 Passport EX-L with 29000 on the dial for my wife, we have researched vehicles of 6 months and test drove many. The very first mile in the passport and we both knew it was the perfect choice. While the Highlander, the CX-9 and Pilot were roomier my wife didn't like the extra size (personal choice) and didn't need the 3rd row. The CR-V was kind of ugly and was smaller but the passport was just right,. I don't like the push button shift and it can be listed as my only complaint. Slightly stiff ride but comfortable. Roomy and simple interior. 6 months in and my wife still comments on how she loves her car. If you do not need a 3rd row seat the Passport offers plenty of room and comfort while maintaining a size profile that is not intimidating in the parking lot. To say she's satisfied is an understatement.
