Purchased a 2025 Honda pilot EXL it is so smooth. The 10 speed automatic works flawlessly if you’re in the market for a midsize SUV I highly recommend you take a look at the pilot.

A great buying experience here for a used, certified 2015 Civic. my sales agent was easy going, no pressure. Plenty of info on the vehicle history, negotiating was painless, and none of the good-guy/bad-guy tactics to drive up the price. Also did not have to endure the "my manager wants to meet you" crap. This was the quickest and most painless car buying experience I've had to date. I highly recommend Cory in the pre-owned sales office, and I've heard good things about Joe on the new sales side as well.

Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

Started off by turning in my 2016 Accord Sport. After going over all options ended up leasing another 2020 Accord Sport. Had such great service provided from sales to finance ended up coming back two days later and leasing a Civic Sport for my daughter. My wife already has a Pilot Ex-L. This will make our twelfth Honda purchase since moving in the area, all from Joyce Honda. Always top notch service provided. This time for sales we used Joe San Roman. Joe always provides 5 star service and is always goes above and beyond to make a deal happen. We have used Joe in the past, And is always a pleasure to work with (Great job Joe). For finance we used two people who were also amazing to work with. They allowed us to make a smooth transition right through the whole purchasing process. First up Matt Stark provided top notch service, and went above and beyond and treated us like family throughout the whole purchasing process (Great Job Matt). Next up the finisher Steve Owusu. Steve also went above and beyond to make purchasing both vehicles smooth as can be. He kept us aware of all options, And also was there via phone whenever needed for questions about anything involved in the whole purchase (Great Job Steve). It rides very well it's room for All My Children their wagons car seats and everything I need for them there's plenty of room to me it looks like a bus but it's reliable and I like it

Have always owned the Odyssey. Still probably my favorite. Pilot is beautiful inside and out. I got the black edition. Could have more vents for a/c and storage space. Rides quiet and smooth. Easy to drive long distances. Averages about 20 mpg

I was comparing a Cadillac XT6 and the Honda Pilot Touring. I drove both vehicles over the same rough stretch of interstate road, with rough concrete and noisy expansion joints. The Cadillac was 67.2 dB in the rear seat. The expansion joint could be felt, but not a jarring bump. The Honda was 67.2 dB in the rear seat, with the same feel when hitting the expansion joints. The Honda was markedly larger. Both width and interior height. With the Honda having a better long-term reputation for economy, reliability, and cost of maintenance, it was the obvious choice for me.

Recent visit was for annual service. Oil change and state inspection. Great experience from the welcome to delivery. Was kept informed as the progress and they met their estimate time of delivery. The waiting space was clean and very comfortable. This was not my first visit and surely won’t be my last. Will see them soon.

My wife and I visited a few Honda Dealerships prior to Metro Honda in Jersey City and we were not happy with the experiences. Whether it was salespeople who didn’t seem invested or didn’t maintain enthusiasm when they thought we were not going to purchase a car we were turned off. We moved to Jersey and Metro Honda was close so we decided to give them a try and the experience was wonderful. Wife and I went looking for a used Honda pilot and ultimately purchased a new 2023 pilot which I love. Our salesperson Shawn was patient, knowledgeable and did not rush us into any purchase. We literally were with Shawn for over 6 hrs as my wife and I went back and forth about the vehicle we wanted. The loan officer was patient as well and talked us through the various car options without pushing us into services we didn’t need. It was a great car buying experience.
