New and used 2025 Honda Pilot for sale near Plainfield, IL

I just bought an accord from the Honda Superstore. Overall a smooth buying process. The car is great as stated. Highly recommended for buying a new or a used car.

My first new Honda after selling GM BMW Chrysler and Subaru for 34 years. Good quality so far very reliable. Don’t like the auto start feature but this can be turned off. 3 rows without paying for a full size GM or Ford. Workmanship and fit and finish is good

I don’t buy for this dealer (due to distance) however had great communication, straight forward pricing, and even suggestions from Abigail! Abigail is prompt in her response! Would contact her and this dealer again in the future!

We have driven various Hondas for over 25 years but this is our first Pilot. We are thrilled with the quiet and comfortable ride. We are looking forward to traveling in comfort, safety and style.

We just purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from the Joliet Honda dealership. We received outstanding service all the way around. Our salesperson was Chris, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He explained everything fully and made sure to answer all of our questions. He sat with us in our car and made sure we understood all the features and even gave demonstrations. It was a very pleasant experience and Chris made it low stress!

The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

We purchased our new vehicle with ease at the comfort of our home! Honda of Lisle is the best! Definitely not a bait and switch dealership which we appreciate so much. We searched online and made a request for a quote and out the door price for a specific vehicle we wanted to over 12 dealership and so far Honda of Lisle is the only one who responded with out the door/ on the road price. That’s the right way to do it. We communicated and negotiated thru email with Mary Murphy and they gave us a great deal! Honda of Lisle is 670 miles from us so they sent the paperworks thru UPS Express, we received it and signed it and returned it back to them. They assisted us through the entire process. The staff especially Mary, Andrea and Bob are TRUSTWORTHY, reliable, and kind. Excellent service! Side note: Since they don’t have a delivery service, we hired Mercury Auto Transport to get the vehicle at the Honda of Lisle dealership and deliver it to our house.

Very comfortable car and a good ride. A bit pricey to get the add-ons to make it look better, I'd recommend buying them away from the dealer to save money and install what you can yourself to save a few grand. and don't pay near full MSRP either.

I bought a new Honda from a dealer closer to my home- had a horrible experience back in 2015. I decided to drive for service to Honda Superstore in Lisle, and wished I had bought my Honda initially from them. Service is top notch. They care about the cars and the people that drive them. Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. Have the black edition the ride is great but I think it lag of power for a 285 hp . I think for being the big dog of the Hondas and so expensive it should be like the Acura type x , more hp and difference from the line of pilots .

Lisle of Honda has a wonderful service dept. Advisor Jay Crumble has always been very informative, helpful and patience in answering my questions. The other advisors have been helpful as well. We would highly recommend their service. We have been using your service for last three years.

Still shopping and may yet purchase from this dealer. They are an impressively large dealership. Yet, I felt welcomed and comfortable there.

The purpose of this note is to express my appreciation to Gerald Honda of Countryside for their accommodation to my wife and me in the purchase of our new 2025 Honda Pilot EX-L. We drove past Gerald Honda on La Grange Road and saw the demolished showroom, replaced with a tent and a small sign saying open during construction. After recent knee problems, walking around a dealership would be difficult to impossible. I called the sales phone number and explained my situation and requested a sales person to bring a Pilot EX-L to our residence for a look over and test drive. A few minutes later, I received a return call from Steve Browner asking more specifically the features I am looking for. In a short while, Steve arrived at our home with a car close to my description. We looked it over and both of us had an opportunity to drive it. We were interested in this car but it didn’t have a roof rack or a trailer hitch. Steve assured us that Gerald was capable to install both options. We completed the purchase negotiation with Steve over the phone that afternoon with the roof rack being installed for delivery at noon the next day. The trailer hitch needed to be ordered and it was installed within a week. Straight forward negotiations, no games. Friendly sales staff. At delivery, would’ve preferred to inspect car indoors as it was nighttime and it was hard to see. But there were no issues.

I appreciated the help I received. My financial situation was worked around by various workers. The patience they all had with me was what shocked me as well, thank you all for the assistance for my first car purchase.
