They were kind, understanding, helpful, concise with explanations, and not pushy at all. I had my son-in-law helping remotely from Texas and it didn't seem to bother them at all. They treated him as if he were in the room. They showed respect and I left feeling like they had dealt fairly with us. I usually ask how long someone has worked for a business so I can gauge how happy they are. It had been many, many years with these folks, and that speaks well of management. The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Q had the best customer service I have ever had. He was friendly and stuck to his word on everything. He made sure I got what I needed and my car was taken care of. I will especially go back because of his great service.

Very comfortable car and a good ride. A bit pricey to get the add-ons to make it look better, I'd recommend buying them away from the dealer to save money and install what you can yourself to save a few grand. and don't pay near full MSRP either.

Have the black edition the ride is great but I think it lag of power for a 285 hp . I think for being the big dog of the Hondas and so expensive it should be like the Acura type x , more hp and difference from the line of pilots .

I really like the car, but was somewhat taken by surprise to find out that, after providing a $31,000 down payment, I wold have to pay $500 per month for 5 years. That brings the total cost for the car to $61,000. By any measure that is quite a bit of money for a $28,000 vehicle.
