The Audi Q3 S Line purchased from Audi Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa was my wife’s favorite color, blue. After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Mo Masadeh (Sales) contacted me and within an afternoon came to an OTD price and scheduled appointment the next day. No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I bought my 2014 Pilot Touring 4x4 used 4 years ago with 67k miles on her. We're at 150k now still going strong other than tires and routine maintenance no issues at all. She handles great on all terrain and in all weather, shes big enough to haul the family around town, move across the country in comfort or a weekend at the lake and you'd never know there was a trailer or a boat behind you. They did lose a star on the exterior for the paint peel on the roof above the windshield as others have mentioned.

The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Picking kids from school after work work out perfectly without having to toll trailer around with her.

Went to Phat’s today to look at a Camry and can say this was easily my best dealer experience. Phat took the time out of his busy day to talk with me about the car and share his great knowledge of the engines and navigating the used car buying experience. He gave me advice and was honest and straight up with me placing no pressure to buy the car even giving advice which would lead me elsewhere. If your like me and hate going to dealerships because of the sellers you usually encounter, I can assure you that if you walk in and ask for Phat he will give you that feeling right off the bat that he is a trust worthy person. He will give you advice about the vehicle (coming from a master auto technician) and get you into something that is right for you not into some xxx that has the best profit margin. Also if your cool he will even show you cars he is working on in his shop and shoot the xxxx! My experience today was different (for the better) because the small issues I had with the car he was willing to sit down and go over making a list to fix before we made a deal… where I am used to the seller dropping the notorious “the car is priced for what your getting”. Anyways, he has clean cars there and stands by them with a warranty that is rare in the used car business. And trust me when you talk to him you know he will stand behind his warranty and his cars. That is why I will be going back.. he just had a vehicle come in that I like but is not ready yet. Thanks again Phat for all the knowledge and just being a cool dude!

I love our 2016 Pilot EXL AWD. We bought it as a one year old CPO coming off a lease. It has had its share of the first year model blues. Not as reliable as I want it to be, but once the bugs were fixed, it’s been pretty smooth sailing. I love how it’s always ready for any adventure. The extra room is always welcome as we drive up and down the East cost between FL and NJ. We get to bring everything we needed and never worried about the weather. The AWD is great not just in the snow, but in any weather. Best AWD I’ve driven in the snow. The VTM4 AWD works so well, you’d think you’re driving a full time 4WD vehicle in the snow. It also helps in the rain as well. Accelerating with this much weight and a powerful engine requires a lot of traction. Coming out out of a corner in an incline, most front drive vehicles would spin their tires before the stability control stops the spin to regain control. The VTM4 senses the incline and automatically applies power to the rear wheels adding significant traction. Never spun the wheels of our pilot in the rain. Our FWD Passport, on the other hand, looses tracking during acceleration in the rain specially if it’s on an incline. One regret for buying that AWD SUV. We thought we won’t miss the AWD in the south. Now the 2016 Pilot certainly had so many bugs that would deter a lot of people from buying it used. We had the CPO warranty. And on top of that, we bought an extended warranty just because. Turned out to be a good idea. Most the the quirks happened during the warranty periods. From an expensive evap failure to transmission problems to sunroof issues to battery replacement. We had the famous transmission judder that required multiple visits until they finally had a permanent fix. Multiple fluid flushes and a software reprogramming took care of it. The sunroof didn’t want to close at times. Weird considering we don’t even use it often. Warranty covered everything. After the warranty expired, I learned that resetting the sunroof was an easy task. There were a few problems that I couldn’t remember or not technical enough to understand, but they were all fixed under warranty. Now driving it without warranty. So far it’s been good. Just keep up with the maintenance schedule and it should be fine. Replaced the OEM tires with Michelins CrossCimate2. It feels like it can go anywhere. Wet driving was further enhanced. The OEM tires had good traction, but wore out too quickly. Silly me bought a second set before going to Michelins. Overall, it’s a really nice SUV that’s fun to drive. It has plenty of power to haul 7 people easily or 3 people, one small dog, and everything needed for long distance traveling. It has an awesome AWD system that can get you anywhere. It helped us navigate around flooded areas on our way back home after Hurricane Irma. Where smaller vehicles couldn’t pass, we went through. The things we went through would have stranded a less capable SUV. Only thing missing really is CarPlay. We missed it my a year. Oh well.

Great car, 246,560 on the dash and have never broken down once. I got it used at 200,000 miles and runs great. Doesn’t get good gas miles

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. BEWARE OF THE PAINT ISSUES WITH THESE SUV'S. My Maroon Pilot has chipping paint on the roof due to poor clear coat by Honda and it is going to cost $1700 to get it repainted. BEWARE OF THE VCM ISSUES AS WELL...When the Pilot goes into Economy mode it shuts down 3 cylinders that often get starved for oil. The cylinders will then fail and thats an expensive job to repair. I really love the Pilot but I wish Honda would own up to the issues they are having instead of blaming them on the customer. I do love the amout of room in the car and I love the boxy look. The Pilot handles great in the snow as well

Bruce was absolutely wonderful. From the discussion on the phone all the way to the finance office was great!! We bought used and certified. I was between two CRV (one at another dealer) and with the way Bruce was communicating and working for me, I chose correctly. Purchased used with 145,000. Threw a bunch of front end work into it, but with Alaska roads no surprise. Very comfortable, with good interior. Sure footed on ice and deep snow with Blizzak tires. Alot of power, and 20 mpg with the V6 engine. Feels like a bigger SUV than it is. Great rig over the road, easy parking when in town. Going to run this up to 300k before I am done with it.
