No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

I truly couldn't have asked for a better deal or purchasing experience with them. They are an asset to the Hillside team. My phone calls were returned promptly, no request was too hard, and their service was top notch. Cost Honda is the BEST dealership I've ever dealt with in past 20 years for purchasing a vehicle. Sales person Patrick Marotta made the buying process completely simple and effortless and I always feel like I am getting the best deal. Price of new car was very competetive and they gave me best trad-in value for my vehicle as well. Before byuing car from Coast Honda, I have visisted couple of other dealerships in Central New Jersey but not happy with the customer service or commitment they shawn to customer. They were not honoring the price they gave me via-email or online and it was a bit surpised when I visited dearlership. I would highly recommend Patrick Marotta Salers person and Coast Honda!!!!

The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

Very professional. Not pushy. I took my time. Test drove my truck twice. Inspected twice. Negotiated a bit. Spent a lot of time here and drove 2 hours to get there. Visited bc of great reviews and had a Kia I wanted to see. Didn't end up buying but not b/c dealership. All staff interaction was great, not pushy at all and clean space. If I see something again there I will still drive the 2 plus hours from Long Island

I worked with Ron Terry who helped me lease a new Honda Civic lease and return my old Honda Civic lease. Ron listened to what I was looking for and the deal numbers that he presented to me during our second meeting held up, did not change, throughout the sales process. He meant what he said and did what he said. As we were finalizing the deal and ran into some issues with the financing he quickly adjusted the deal so we could finalize it and the final deal actually came out slightly better, not worse that what we had discussed. I could drove out of the lot after a couple of hours and leave the old lease with Ron. He even helped me charge my iPhone in the middle of it all. Ron is highly recommended and I will for sure contact him again the next time I need to get or trade in for a new car.
